Twice I've went to get blood work and twice they haven't been able to do it. Staff never answer the phone when I call. They are rude and unapologetic. Appear to me not only lazy but incompetent. Both times I had to drive elsewhere to get my child's very important lab work completed. Will NEVER use Quest again. My child's life could be at risk if I relied on them to do the labs.

The Quest in Colusa is really bad. I go to another location where they treat us better.

The nurse that we saw was the rudest person ever. She was the only human contact and just not nice. No care for a patient or how they feel. I will never go there again. She should be reprimanded!

Made an appointment for my mom. Was there before appointment. They took 4 people before my mom. We didn't get seen at her time and had to wait for over 20 mins after her appointment time. Sara was very rude.

My husband had a appointment at 12:45 for a blood test, only to be told he needed to be there before 11:00 for his test. Well, why then when I scheduled it and it asked what kind of test no one called or sent an email to tell him their needs? Drove from Willows. Waste of time.I had schedule him an appointment at the Orland Quest on Cortina Dr for the previous Friday 7:30am, only to receive and email the day before that they had to cancel his appointment due to office maintenance, office maintenance? Are you kidding me? They’re only open til noon, maybe they could have don’t maintenance in the afternoon. I’m beginning to think the whole Quest group is a joke. You can’t reach anyone by phone, just a recorded message run around.

Can't get ahold of anyone for general information before arriving. You can't check on medical referral.

it’s great we have a quest in town but wow these nurses sure act rude. we arrived at 6:30am and in one hour 3 appointments made it in. she came out and said we have to wait longer or next time maybe an appointment. They take their sweet time as if they know they can take it easy with those “15” minutes. I wish we had more nurses and health care workers that made us feel cared and considered. Imagine waiting 2 hours just to get blood drawn & still have grumpy workers aid you.

RUDE! Staff is always gossiping keeping patients waiting. They come back late from lunch and close early.

The hours they have posted are all wrong. I went in for a drug test thinking they were available to do it based on what their website and their phone line says but apparently they don’t start them until 1pm. Giant waste of time because I drove a hour.

I have never had a bad experience here. As for waiting too long---make an appointment. Those with appointments are taken before those without one and then you are taken in the order you arrive. Even when I didn't have an appointment I never waited more than 20 minutes.

This place is slower than molasses in January. They really need to hire some more staff here. There were folks who had been waiting for well over an hour & a half- just to get some basic lab tests done. >You never saw this incompetence at the local hospital. The woman who was conducting the testing, "Stacey" seemed to prefer the non-Hispanic people over the Hispanic customers. Which is so un-cool & Colusa is now by percentage over 50% Hispanic. Stacey likes to baby talk to some of the folks & then bark orders at others. She is as just as fake as the streaks in her dyed brown hair. Luckily for us all, there is another lab in Colusa at 555 Freemont Street. Thank you for reading this.
