The only reason why I am giving it a 3 is because the employees working at the front of the store are very nice and help out. The store is also very organized but the people working at the fitting rooms have an attitude. I let the girls that were there that I was not gonna take whatever i tried on first and the girl gave me an ugly face and told the other employee coming in that he should work the fitting rooms while looking me ugly. Then I went in again and tried some shirts and they didn’t fit so again I let the girls know (I didn’t want to just leave them at the fitting room) the other employee that was there sitting down just stared at the other employee while ignoring me so I just left the store it was very uncomfortable. I’m from out of town just trying to shop for something nice. This just made me not wanna come back again.

This outlet is clean, well-organized, and has a good mix of American Eagle and Aerie items. The staff here are friendly and helpful—someone always asks if you need assistance, and checkout is usually smooth. I’ve found some great deals on polos and jeans, especially during sales, and the variety in sizes is a plus.
The downsides are mainly with returns. They can be strict about tags and sometimes the refund process feels slow. Also, quality can be hit-or-miss—some items last a long time, while others wear out quicker than expected.
Overall, a solid spot if you’re looking for discounted AE styles, but double-check items before you buy and make sure everything has its tags in case you need to return.

All the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Jawslyn (sorry if i spelled that wrong) with the red nike shirt. She overheard my conversation about not being able to find my size and immediately came to the rescue. Amazing staff

Very kind staff, helped me find clothes that actually fit me that I liked, so I was able to leave with something! I’m not from around there but I definitely recommend!

I like the store by itself, I like the clothing, etc and the staff girls are nice but today I left my wallet in the cashier and when I came back everyone in the store was like suspicious and told me they haven’t seen it and they “checked” the safes they have in the store and said that they didn’t have either in the safes but I saw how they “checked” the safes and they didn’t wanted to show this so called checked safes to me. I still don’t have my wallet and my theory is that they have it and are planning to split the money or something. - If you are reading this and you are the boss or something please do something with your employees. (The time I lost it was somewhere past 12:00 pm). I’m going to keep giving BAD reviews

Honestly I am a huge fan of the company the girl asked if i would applied so i did for the card just to mislead me and be like you don’t get the discount, please train your employees better, i spent over 150 on items and i promise you i intend to bring it back! super disappointing!!!

This is not an outlet store. This is a store that some things are discounted if you buy more things but it's not outlet . I didn't find him any benefit for buying.

IDK if they are going to update their Google profile but, if they do, I'll just come back and write another review.
They just redesigned this location so it is no longer AE/Aerie, only AE (the aerie store is now at the OTHER END of the mall). Today was their grand reopening so I went to check it out.
The store looks nice, nothing extraordinary, just larger. The aerie side is now more open and has AE clothes. BUT what did stand out to me (and I've been to just about every AE/Aerie store in the area) is that this location is now mostly MEN'S CLOTHES. Most AE stores have a majority women's clothes and a men's section, this location was probably 60-65% men's clothing. The ENTIRE aerie side is men's clothes as well as part of the original AE side. Never seen an AE like this.
I looked around for a little bit but there were quite a few people and I wasn't seeing the same variety of women's stuff as I do in other AE stores. As a matter of fact, it was kind of hard to tell the men's/women's stuff apart, as most of the merchandise was jeans, tops and sweatshirts (very few dresses or other "girly" items).
Not a huge fan of the new location but the Aerie/Offline at the other end of the mall is nice and big now with a good variety of new items and a large clearance section.
