Just walked into the store to get a mocha with wiped cream. The wiped cream machine was empty, so I put the cup in the trash, the woman that store why did I do that I told her that they didn't have cream so what was I supposed to do? When did it become a thing for store works to question customers? Was it her place to say anything?

I thought only women had a period and act moody. But Bryan, who works there, proved me wrong. All I wanted was to get some gas and buy some snacks. I ended up listening to his preaching and arguing to some guy for 20 minutes. Eventually I went to other gas station ⛽️

The items in the store are quite expensive.Update: I came here again, and the cashier had me bag my own item. Isn't that the cashier job? If I need to do that, then there should be a self cashier.

I've been here several times, had different employees and I can honestly say, "OH HELL NO!". Rude, and inconsistent. I was ripped off and double charged before. And for the same soda refill, I get different prices at the register. I can say that they are consistently one of the worst.

After i finished my transaction I asked him for a bag he told me it's a $.15 charge I told him I come here almost every day nobody ever charged me for a bag he told me they should I was like OK do you want to charge my card again for $.15 he goes like no no no no I was like OK I don't have cash and he was like he can't give you a bag i left pissed off and told him you just lost a customer He did not care because I'm pretty sure he's not the whole nursing does not care about customers

Was just here today where not only did the two employees one being the cashier whom I handed my money to, the other apparently distracting her and their " manager" make me feel as if I didn't know how much I handed to her when I paid for my gas which was $46 two $20 bills and 6 ones to be pumped at pump 12 . Well it only allowed me to pump $22 . When I went back in the cashier who helped me rudely told me I had only given her $22 and that the cameras would show that went to the back room for less than a couple minutes and then stated it was only one $20 and when I told her that wasn't possible she sarcastically offered to show me the video recording so I said yes please i want to watch it . Took me back home o the manager office where THE MANAGER ALSO STARTED SHE WITNESSED ONLY one $20 bill . So she play back the footage tries to zoom in to when I initially hand the cashier the money and tell her pump 12 but I request her to zoom out bc I want to see her count the money I handed her before she puts it in the register. She hesitated but zoomed out and then you can clearly watch the cashier place the 2 $20 bills on the counter and the 6 $1 bills before placing it in the register. Either Arco needs to provide classes on how to correctly count and enter cash amounts to the employees and apparently the manager or they need to start reviewing footage bc they have some lying thieves on their hands sad part is I've lived a block away from this gas station for 35 years and their continues lack of costumer service and now stealing money is highly disappointing don't use this gas station ever

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm currently here waiting in line and no one says anything (three employees). I called because I was in the car wash and it stopped out of no where. I tried calling and the lady said 'any questions come inside'. I came inside just for them to say they can't help me?!? WTF?!?! Oh and they barley say they are shift changing lol. I wish I could give them NO STARS!!!! Learn to have customer service or go somewhere else!!! DO BETTER ARCO!!!

Terrible service from the lady behind the counter wearing an orange mask. Yelling at me and another customer about not wearing a mask. Usually people are polite and give u a mask if u don't have one, not her. She tried to make a spectacle out of us not wearing a mask. "2 YEARS WE BEEN WEARING THESE" Yes woman exactly, enough is enough. Super rude. Never coming to this arco again.

If I could give zero stars i would!!! The supervisor during the am shift is so rude. And this location "NEVER HAS CASH BACK AT THE FRONT DESK " NEVER!!!! Asked for a bag and she tells me put ur idem in your pocket u don't need one. After I already paid for the bag!!!! WOW
