Staff were patient enough and provided help when required. The store itself didn't seem to have much discounts compared to their website. But not a bad spot to stop at if you are already in the area shopping at other stores in the same strip mall.

The blonde lady store manager has to be the least empathic person I've experienced in retail. My 70 year old disabled mom needed to take a seat for a minute, she walks with the aid of a walking stick and she had sat down on the corner of a display table where there was no one looking. The manager told her she couldn't sit, she didn't even offer her an alternative seat. I spoke up and she offered my mother a seat in the change room. It's unbelievable how cold hearted someone can be to an elderly disabled women. I really hope this draws the attention of the people in charge of the manager.

Love this brand. Bought my first item from an outlet store nearly a decade ago in New Jersey and still a quality pair of trousers to this day. Visited this outlet and found an absolute bargain in their clearance sale.
