Horrible experience with these people. I ordered through Amazon. A week ago I recieve multiple phone calls( looks like scam calls) because the caller id is not of a business and I’m not in the l.a. the employee on the phone told me she knows it looks like scam calls but it’s not. Confirms my delivery and texts me a confirmation number. This was on Tuesday aug 29. I’m assuming I’m good and I’ll just get my delivery the following week. Friday 9/8 I get another phone call telling me the “freight” company they ship through has to set a delivery day or I’ll be charged a holding fee, tells me I can call on Saturday and set one so I call Saturday and no one picks up probably because it’s the weekend but the barber pub employee asked me to call them that day. Monday 9/11 comes around and I receive a call back from the freight company at 7am I don’t answer because I don’t know who it is and nobody is really expecting a business call that early in the morning. They call back an hour later and set a delivery date. Never once mentioning that I’m already going to be charged a holding fee. Today 9/12 I receive a final phone call this time once again From barberpub the same employee that has had contact with me and tells me I need to pay the fee or they will restock my chair and charge me 20% restock fee i finally respond out of frustration that I will not pay that fee becuae they have done a horrible job at communicating with me this whole time I ordered through Amazon - then I get a call from them not being clear with how things will play out- get a phone call to set delivery date-and finally once they’ve held my chair for 4 days I get a phone call just to tell me I have to pay. First off I ordered this chair as an emergency replacement so my back is against the wall and they know it because I’ll lose a lot of time and money if I order another chair and there’s no big barber supply stores near me that sell hence the reason I had to get it through Amazon in the first place. And then to top it all off the employee tells me it will be a 31 dollar fee I give my credit card info and sends me a picture charging me 125 dollars so it was 31 dollars. I wanted to send it back but like I said really need a replacement chair and I’ve been waiting too long. I will never be buying from these scammers again and I hope this can help someone out. Especially if you order through Amazon and BARBERPUB is the seller. Very very very poor communication and then blame you for they’re bad communication. Be careful with these people. Oh and I forgot to mention the supervisor came on the phone I’m assuming his name is joe or juan becuase it’s the same voice in the answering machine and tells me either pay or were hanging up and charging you for restock either way. Didn’t care to hear how poorly his employee handled this whole situation. Very long review but it’s one that requieres context to get through I will leave a picture of the “31” dollar fee they charged me

I cant give zero stars or else i would. They are the most unprofessional place. Diana is the absolute worst! Changing one thing to another, do yourself a favor and stay away. Call ShopSaloncity for whatever you need. This place is trash!

In my first order with Barber pub, I bought five ornate, barber chairs, and five stations. When the items arrived, we first noticed a station came with an opposing drawer. Called the company to let them know and experienced rudeness and obstinance when trying to obtain the correct drawer for the station we ordered. Finally, after multiple emails and phone calls, our correct drawer was sent...the company was NOT courteous, nor were they helpful with correcting their mistake.After setting up what we ordered, We needed one mor barber chair and station. Ordered these items as the salon needs to match, our order was delivered in our parking lot without any notification and our neighbors informed us the delivery was left outside in the parking lot. We then began to set up and our barber chair was missing two bolts (which are custom to the chair) and the station came with a different mirror than the rest of the stations. We once again contacted barberpub to inform them of the mistakes and baberpub asked us to go buy bolts and materials to "fix" the unmatched mirrors they sent us. We asked for the correct mirrors and bolts and at this time, barberpub became combative again. After we compromised with the company by accepting one mirror (mirror for white stations when we ordered black) that matched the four other mirrors which they sent the wrong style for our black stations. Barberpub said WE could paint the white strip instead of them replacing the correct items we ordered.....I could go on with the ridiculous customer service (if you can call it that) we endured, but the bottom line is if you can AVOID barberpub for your salon needs, STAY FAR AWAY FROM BARBERPUB!!!!!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Barber Hub, and I must say it has been an incredibly unsatisfactory experience. I placed an order with them two weeks ago, and it's still nowhere to be found. They have completely lost my package and delivered it to the wrong address, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.The most frustrating aspect of this ordeal is the lack of assistance from their customer service team. I've reached out to them multiple times, hoping for some answers or a resolution to my problem, but to no avail. Their customer service has been utterly unhelpful, unresponsive, and indifferent to my concerns. It's as if they couldn't care less about my situation or the fact that I've been waiting for my package for an unreasonable amount of time. They offered me a measly $30.00 discount. Their product already cost me $1200 dollars and now 2 weeks worth of work. ***YOU ARE BETTER OFF ORDERING ELSEWHERE!*** The sheer incompetence displayed by Barber Hub in losing my package and their lack of accountability is simply unacceptable. Their inability to provide any concrete information or a solution to the problem has left me feeling disregarded and disrespected as a customer.As a result of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Barber Hub to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, negligence with packages, and abysmal customer service make them a company not worth your time or money. I strongly advise against engaging with Barber Hub unless you're willing to endure frustration, disappointment, and a significant waste of time.I sincerely hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid the hassle and disappointment that comes with dealing with Barber Hub. They have left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Supplier quick and great service. They have several different models available for chairs and several different products. After finding our chair we were in and out in 15 minutes! Definitely recommend!!
