I don’t write reviews often, but I have to share this one:
The Hugo Boss store is a stylish place. We walked in, were greeted warmly, and were able to browse at our own pace. Whenever I had questions, Patrick (that’s the employee’s name) was immediately there to help and explained everything to me—a salesperson who truly knows what he’s selling. Patrick proactively checked in on us and asked, “Is everything okay? Do you need any help?” A very friendly and motivated salesperson—exactly the kind you need. Give this man a raise! I can’t remember the last time I had such a great shopping experience.
Thanks to him, I found exactly what I was looking for.
Shoutout to Patrick!

Bad experience with Boss in general. I bought a suit at a different Boss store for my husband years ago. The sales person said the fit was fine, it can be altered. We took it to get it altered at a Hugo Boss store and they flat out said the suit was too big to be adjusted. Great! :( so we go to this location to return, they don't allow us to return for a refund but only can get credit. We were told the credit never expires, it was about $450 in credit! Jump forward a few years and we want to use the credit. They can't find our credit at the store and we were told they switched systems. I contacted this location and everyone here was nice and tried to help me but the ultimate resolution after about 3 months of back and forth was that someone had used that credit. Impossible! Unless someone took my credit info and used it for themselves or Boss is a fraud. I will never shop at Hugo Boss, Boss or buy any products from Boss. $450 down the drain!

I'm a trial attorney and I love shopping the outlets for court suits and other stuff. I'm always looking for the most basic, conservative stuff so it's easy to find at the outlet malls. I don't wear hugo boss suits because they aren't very well made but I do wear through dress shoes quickly. Boss shoes look fine and you can't really tell how cheap they actually are. Saves me hundreds!

Buyers: beware of return scam at this store!!they refuse returns from items with tags and receipts. Their managers are rude and are unprofessional. Made a purchase and came back to Hugo Boss Factory to return my items with tags and receipt. The manager Ali who wouldn't give me his last name today 6/23/24 at 11:45am said he couldn't return my items because they were wrinkled and he couldn't resell them. I've had them in my trunk and left them in the bag. When I went to the rack to get the exact shirt I was trying to return that also looked wrinkled, Ali the manager, still refused. I can tell this is not the first time he has done this. It is the first time I've experienced this with a return with tags and receipts. How do they get away with this?

Horrible costomer service!I went to this hugo boss store and bought 3 Polo shirts today I asked the cashier to put them in 2 bags. The male cashier refused me and said: We don’t give customers many bags, but I just want 2 bags to be packed separately. Maybe it was because he asked me which employee helped me today and I didn’t say it was him?

Wonderful store with the best staff there
I met with an outstanding sales person who’s name is Ali
He’s the names person I met at the whole of the citadel outlets today
I like to shop a lot and I visit a lot of stores but people like him makes everyone return
I would highly recommend the boss people to encourage and keep more people like him

The Female worker (heavy make-up) has zero knowledge of customer service or just plain COMMON COURTESY, I had to look at an item AROUND HER ,she never moved , she never asked if I needed help but she Seen Me reaching around her an off to the side looking , an she never BOTHERED , then they call.her to check customers out , WHY DOES SHE WORK , she never bothered to Greet me , smile , say hello , I paid , but that will be the last time I ever patronize that place , I should have put item.back

I shopped at the Boss Outlet, Commerce #9149 on 11/23/23. When I arrived home and checked my receipt, I was double charged for my jacket. I only purchased one of OUTERWEAR JACKET - Dark Green - 42R.
So, I'm expecting a credit of $175.3, (half of the receipt). I went to the store on 11/24 to get a correction and the store agreed that a mistake was made but as of 12/29, the refund still hasn't been issued to my credit card.
Now, I'm starting to think this was duplicitous behavior by the store instead of an honest mistake.
