I came in the other day looking for outfits for my niece. Not knowing anything about baby clothes but luckily Dominique answered the phone and asked me key questions like what gender and how much she weighted. I got there and she had a stack of baby clothes for me and helped pick them out. I felt so happy so helped me so I had to write a quick review showing my appreciation.

I finally went inn to the carters store today to pick up my grandsons Rain jacket he's been wanting .I called yesterday and had the Mgr hold it for me .well in arriving I seen other items I had to purchase. the female mgr and employee were very perfesional nice respectful and haven't received this type of such awesome customer service they were on task .so corporate give these young ladies a Gift card of some type or a day off .thank you ladies the gentlemen who purchased rain jacket and rain boot for my grandson thank you once more

Today I went in to buy my baby a sweater and had the MOST pleasant shopping trip because of DOMONIQUE! She was extremely pleasant and instantly greeted me when I walked In. She was attentive asked if I needed any help and it was just her vibe! I felt like it kind of rubbed off on me and I felt happy after a long day of work and just mom things. Thank you Domonique for your kindness!
