Small little branch with great people that are always helpful. Sort of an outpost in commerce, so no frills but always gets the job done.

I came into here to open an account. As I was walking in I see a gentleman in the office by the entrance, I'm assuming it was a manager, so I seen that his door was opened so I peeked in to be pontes to the right direction. As I said "excuse me sir.." he just picked up his little finger as if he was telling me to not talk the he pointed at his airpod which I didn't even know he had on. I don't think personal calls should be taken at work, and if that's the case then at least have some common sense to close the door so you won't be bothered by colleagues and potential customers. Unfortunately, I had to take my business elsewhere.

This bank sucks they wanted to send me to Florida for something d**** But I'm finally out and don't have to deal with it. And the lady named AMI doesn't work for nothing so hopefully none of you have to deal with he incompetence.

This is the only branch I've been too where the customer service needs much improvement. First of all you have to walk through bulletproof booths to enter into the bank. It really not that serious but anyway. The guard asked me to put my purse on the counter before he will let me in! I've been to other branches before and not only are there not bulletproof cages to walk through but I've never been so insulted. Racial profile at its finest! I asked him why? The person before me wasn't asked to put her purse on counter so why me! They let me in and the teller was rude and acting like she really didn't want to assist me. The teller never asked how I would like my money in big or small bills and she didn't count it to me. When I was about to leave she stated she was the one that told the guard to have my purse inspected. I asked her why she said that is was policy so I asked her where was the policy posted because I only saw the sign that said metal objects on the counter not purses. So this is not the bank That makes you fell valued as a customer if you are not of Spanish decent. There definitely need to be some cultural diversity in the staff and training.
