Basically non-existent return policy. Had hoped to return a pair of shoes after one single use for a couple hours. Didn’t quite fit as well as I had hoped.
Return was denied because shoes were apparently “damaged” and “too worn” … really? Think a little harder about your purchase, they’ll say anything to avoid reimbursing you.

I visited the Clarks Bostonian Outlet to buy a gift for my dear mother and was able to find exactly what I was looking for in the right color and size, even though it wasn’t available on their website. Sometimes, you can find what you need in-store by searching for it yourself, as the staff here often can’t assist much in locating specific items.

Very hard to get help from associates on the floor. They are either on their cell phone or just looking at people. You ask for a size and they say they are all out without even looking in the back or up on top. Not sure they want to even be there.
