Won’t be coming back to this pharmacy. The gentleman was rude talking about we just open. I have to wait. It’s too early for this so out of respect I won’t come back to you guys Pharmacy not here to argue with nobody. I have asthma and I need my prescription. I can’t wait a hour, and the guy was sitting there trying to start a argument with me.

Tran and all the staff are very caring and helpful. When they know insurance won’t cover certain medications they notify me immediately. As well as my physician. They always try to get the best out of my coverage.

If you have medi-cal LA care I suggest you pick up your medication from your urgent cares pharmacy instead. Especially if you really needed your medication for your child’s stomach flu. He Didn’t even help with picking an over the counter medicine. It was an elderly man with glasses….

Carlos Romero Jr Rph at this Target Pharmacy refused a Veteran Rx. Saying he needed a wet signature. This wasn't the first Veteran Rx that has come through this pharmacy. The store is contracted with the Veteran Clinic in EAST Los Angeles. My visit was 1 hours long. The Veteran was sick and having to stand and wait as Carlos dragged on the process of filling the RX. Once filled instead of filling it under the Veterans Primary Insurance he processed it under a secondary insurance that came with a charge. Even though I told him many times it was under his Veteran Benefits. This is unacceptable!

Their answering machine is a joke. Constantly hangs up on you. Gotta call multiple times to get lucky and get an person on the phone. They also don't check their voicemail for prescriptions. I'll be using another pharmacy from now on. I suggest you do the same to avoid headaches.
