I went this morning to buy some items I needed, at the momento to pay I saw something that irritated me, there was a cashier that finished attending a very old person who was using a walker, so the cashier insisted to me to walk to the cashier station but I told her that o cannot just walk to there because the very old person was struggling to go away, so the cashier told me that there was nothing she can do because the store policies was that not matter what she has to continue with her job!
That action upsets me, because I was trying to explain her that I had to wait until that lady can move, unfortunately the old lady dropped a coin and she was struggling to picked it up.
But the cashier, insistently w keeped asking me to get at her payment station, saying that it was the store policy, I think the store should to train to their employees to treat people (specifically the elders and handicapped) with dignity.

Today I had a situation at the Dds store 5704 Whittier Commerce, CA. I am not a frequent customer and I had no idea that now you have to wait to pass. What happened is that I entered the store and they had the posts with a tape to pass through, I lifted the tape because I thought they forgot to remove it because they had just opened at 9:33 am on Sunday, October 15, 2023, the security person told me I had to wait and I said no because I thought he was joking but I didn't know I really had to wait and I refused to go in; Then he told his store manager that I told him I wouldn't wait because I thought it was a joke but in reality he had to wait and he told him that he couldn't enter! I don't like problems and I better left and said sorry and thank you but I never saw a sign that said that now you have to wait for them to let you pass. and the security person was talking and that's why I did what I did. There are many stores to go to but I won't forget the bad time I had. thanks for your attention
