It is one of the worst stores you can visit to make your purchases, all the employees are bad-tempered. On 2 occasions I came to do my market shopping and the employees, the warehouse supervisor, gave me a very aggressive and special attitude, the cashier MARCELI shows you bad character and grimaces, very bad service. If I could, I would give them 0.
It's one of the worst stores you can come to shop at. All the employees are bad-tempered. On 2 occasions, I came to do my market. The supervisor that is walking around gives me attitude and especially the cashier, Marceli, shows a bad temper and makes faces. Very bad service. If I could, I would give them a 0.

On Wednesdays there are very good prices for fruit and vegetables, I do NOT suggest the food from the kitchen, only the carnitas, the bad pupusas, the greasy tamales, there are always many boxes open, and if people accumulate they quickly open more, good service.

I didn’t know Hispanics can be racist, but they can. I experience racism here and it really be your own razza too. How is it that the workers at the carneceria can have a full blown conversation and not notice that there are people waiting in line to order. I made eye contact with these workers to assist me, but all they did was just look at me and go back to their conversations. It wasn’t until someone else whole spoke to them in Spanish that they helped him. I couldn’t believe it. I then asked for help since we were there first and I was told to wait in way as if I was a being the childish one. The other chatty worker came to help us and spoke in broken English. Like no, I speak Spanish, talk to us in Spanish. When she finished helping us the other worker that was talking to her grabbed our chicharon and just tossed it making sure we were looking. The two employees I’m talking about are both dirty blond. Honestly if this is how you do business with people you see as different then this place ain’t it.

The bread had mold in it and the chicken tasted very tart when I had just purchased it. This is very unprofessional and disgusting.

Good supermarket overall. The check out line is always busy and always a long line and always a line wait. This supermarket will be better if there are some self checkout lines. This will allow customers to do self checkout. It will be faster.

Terrible customer service, a young woman answered and Hello and I tell her this, am I talking to the supermarket? AND HE TELLS ME YES, EXCUSE ME, DOES HE HAVE CHIPILIN AND HE TELLS ME NO C :( AND HE PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 10MIN! WHAT A SHAME THAT THE SUPER GRAB ANYONE AND TO THE LAST HEART HE HANGS UP ON ME
