I'm basically banned from pinterest because I get obsessed, but since June I've been dying to resurface my patio. It wasn't in bad shape but I wanted something more aesthetic, more 2025 you know. I went down a rabbit hole with AI and basically became an expert on flooring materials. When I requested the estimate with Expert Home Builders I already knew exactly what I wanted and with what materials, I felt so fabulous explaining to them why I wanted epoxy instead of poly. They also advised me on some things I didn't know like the ideal thickness and color options that would work better with the sun that hits there. We finally went with a light gray epoxy with decorative flakes that give it texture without being too much. They also installed a screen enclosure around the whole patio so we could use it without dealing with mosquitos or all the dust getting in. The epoxy needed several days to cure completely before we could walk on it. I've put it to the test already and I'm still in love, it was a really good experiance.

We had a kitchen remodel done, everything they did had to be done multiple times to get it acceptable. Sean U. Was not a good project manager, terrible communication with us. We were promised this kitchen would be beautiful. Its nice but the fit and finish is not good. The floor was not acclimated to the house before installation, so after 3 times redoing floor, every seam bowing up and there's a hill under one part. I'll now be out of pocket again for flooring!!! Sean didn't stay on top of the project, so the sub contractors would come to work and not know what to do. They did shady electrical work that kept failing inspection. During construction they managed to break my grandkids new expensive play house/swingset, they broke my shed so the corner is gapped open, they even broke my firepit.. And we are supposed to be ok with this kind of work. You should NOT hire expert home builders to do your project. Since they got their money,I haven't a word from them about unfinished work that still needs finishing!!

I never really thought about it because I’ve always loved my wooden stairs just the way they are, all natural. But a few weeks ago my dog slipped on one of the steps and nearly fell. Luckily nothing serious happened but it really gave me a scare and made me realize I needed to do something to make them safer. My aunt suggested getting a carpet runner installed and here I am. Expert home builders did an amazing job, now going up and down is way safer and so much quieter. Plus the price felt totally fair. Definitely worth it

I had the retractable glass roof installed on my terrace last year, just yesterday they gave me a call to check in and ask how everything was going. Honestly, no other company had ever followed up with me like that, I thought it was such a thoughtful detail.
The roof itself has been working perfectly through every season. I love how easy it is to open and close, it really makes the terrace feel like an all weather space. The quality still looks brand new, I’m just as happy with it now as the day it was installed. That extra customer care really made me want to leave this review. Highly recommend!

My grass was looking terrible because in summer it’s always hard to keep it green, a friend helped me get in touch with expert and they recommended installing artificial turf. They showed me a few types and one of them looked super natural I liked it right away.
During the installation they had to level some areas of the yard and it took like 3 days to finish. The best part is not worrying anymore about watering or if it gets too sunny. Thanks to all the Expert team

Expert Home Builders took what was basically an empty patch of dirt and transformed it into a beautiful, functional outdoor space. We now have a large deck with built-in seating and a privacy wall — it feels like an extension of our living room! From the initial consult to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with care and professionalism. They were upfront about costs, stuck to the timeline, and even followed up a week after to check how everything was settling. That kind of service is rare these days. We’ve had neighbors stop by just to ask who built it. Highly, highly recommend!
