Terrible product. This happened to my original suitcase after only a few uses AND happened again to the replacement suitcase that I had to pay to ship.

Absolute MORONIC Customer Service, sent multiple emails requesting assistance for broken caster and received response with NO content in thier response. Nothing, not a single word in the response just one of the three pictures I sent to them. Disgusting Service!

I purchased a 22” rolling duffel bag back in August of this year and I love it!!!! It has soooo much space for all of my stuff. I highly recommend this brand!
