Walked in before closing and let me tell u that Betsy made it very easy for us her customer service skills were 10/10 very nice and very well trained. Helped us find everything we needed very fast and was able to check us out right away. This location is very well managed and the staff is all welcoming we also got help from Philip and Ana which was very helpful. Thankyou guys again we will be back to this location soon 🤙

Friendly and helpful staff, store is well stocked and had a lot of discount/sales going on. Situated in the Citadel Mall area where plenty of parking is available and convenient. Valet parking is a plus and is priced reasonably. On the weekends the place is crowded, but this is the case for all the outlets in this mall.

Horrible gapfactory. Its like a zoo in there. I will not give anymore business to this outlet. They kept canceling orders even though they said they had it online. They have so much staff but they dont want to check the back for a stock even though they have it. The parking over here is also horrendous.

I have to confess that Gap is not one of my favorite brands. However, that’s will never have any influence on my review. This outlet store is packed with merchandise for all family members. One ☝️ thing I’d like to highlight; they don’t deal with merchandise bought from regular Gap stores what so ever. My reviews are more of a menu to the business I visit. Thanks for checking them out ??. First pictures from 2 years ago, last 7 pictures from today. You may want to compare pictures to have a sense of fashion and price changes.
