Horrible Customer Service! Not one to leave reviews. Cashier did not acknowledge us when she initially rung us up. A self absorbed young girl. This cashier needs to learn basic customer service norms. Was having a full convo with her coworker. Don’t mind a little small talk but she did not acknowledge us while ringing us up. She showed to be incredibly annoyed when trying to sign up for a discount. We spent over $200 all together, I was not gonna let the encounter ruin my shopping experience. It was an uncomfortable situation and extremely discouraging. I strongly advise for the location to do some training for basic customer service skills. It shouldn’t have to feel like ringing a customer is a burden. Takes away sales from the store. Her long conversation should have been reserved for break room or off the clock. Dehumanizing at worst. I have left below receipt with purchase info.

Terrible attitude from the manager Bryan. I called and asked a simple question and he got defensive for absolutely no reason. Had a terrible tone from the get go. He definitely should work on his customer service skills there’s no need for him to be so hostile over one question. Planned on going there to purchase a whole new wardrobe but I’ll make sure to take my business elsewhere.

Whether I was looking for a size or checking to see if it was in stock, the store staff was very helpful and accommodating!
If you don't speak English well, you can use your cell phone to ask for a translation, they are really enthusiastic!

Terrible customer service. None at all. They have a sign up at the fitting room and nobody comes over. They are just chatting at registers completely ignoring you. Eventually I just walked in on my own. I just feel like managment needs to get on top of this. I ended up putting my stuff down due to the fact that I felt like nobody cared. So why spend money.

The cashier should’ve told me she was signing me up for rewards when she asked for my email in order for me to receive my receipt. Disappointed.
