As a walk in the young lady at the front desk is a sweetheart, but I was seen by ruzanna. Although she has years of working with taxes, she's very rude and it doesn't seem like she knows what she's doing. She can't even see the computer or paper work...she uses a magnifying glass ....did I mention she also wears glasses. She was no help at all . Told me rudely ..don't u have a office in west Covina u can go too! Then said sorry I can't start your paperwork because you have no kids to claim. What... Kid or no kid ..I still need to file my taxes, weather I get a return or need to pay back right.. ughh. Time for retirement is my thought.

I made an appointment on 4/11/2022 for 4/15/2022 for 9:00 a.m with Gloria. Come the date and the time no one was there in the building. I called but no one answered. She even called me on 4/12/2022 to confirm appointment. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL OF THEM! Blatant waist of my time. If she knew she was going to miss work she could have at least respected my time and let me know no to waist a trip. Soo disappointed. I have never been to such a unprofessional Hrblock and I have been going there for years. *update* they called and apologized for not being at work on time but I had already gone to Atlantic around the corner, where every one seemed to be at anyway. Gloria apparently from what they said called in. No show no call no respect for a client she made an appointment with...
