While on my visit at the Levi’s store I interacted with Vicky, she was most helpful in assisting me at the store. She was very friendly and gave me a good experience at the store. I would most definitely revisit.

I had an amazing experience at the Levi’s Outlet in Citadel Commerce thanks to Ashley M and Flor. Ashley was so enthusiastic about showing me different options, and I loved how she explained the tailor shop customization—it really made the shopping trip unique. She was professional, kind, and made the whole visit fun.
Flor, the manager, also left a big impression on me. Her calm and confident presence sets such a great tone in the store. She’s a true role model for her team, and you can feel her leadership in the positive atmosphere.
Both of them made my visit stand out in the best way possible. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ll look at a lot of different stores for Levi’s. My size which other stores did not have. Found my size and other styles. Madison customer service help me greatly she excellent customer service,friendly and professional. I have been in management for 30 years (I am retired now)and would had been honored to have Madison worked for me

If you can find your size and cut, they have decent prices. I went there on 6/19, and I got buy one, get one half off. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I REALLY appreciate that they make and carry plus sizes for women as well as cuts that fit a variety of body shapes.
I have a pear shaped body, and I’ve found the 725 and the 314 work well for me. They have these cuts with different styles of legs like flare, bootcut, and straight leg.
They also have high waisted cuts, which are great for my shape because high waisted cuts reduce or eliminate the dreaded “panty-view gap” in the back of the pants at the waist that is generated by the waist being way too big when the hips actually fit.

Really busy store on a Sunday, but we'll staffed. They helped me find just what I was looking for very quickly. Checkout line moved FAST as they had a person at every register. Couldn't get any better than this.
