Obsessed with this store - wish I lived closer. Great selection, great service and very attentive even though it was SUPER busy. There was a guy with glasses there who was very jolly, answering lots of questions.

It was a little crowded. There was no sales help and almost no selections in my. Size. Say it was pretty much a total waste of time unless you are a size 2 or a 16

This is a smaller outlet. Selection seems to be an issue lately - lots of folks queued up at the entrance on a recent holiday, but not as many people buying stuff.

Would not shop here. I purchased a pair of pants for my husband. When the sales associate was helping me, she told me they don't have his size but a size bigger. I told her I'll let him try it and take it back if it's too big. Later I went back to return it because it didn't fit and they told me they don't take refunds, just exchanges but they still didn't have his size. I told them no one said I couldn't return the item and the person who helped me last time knew we were trying this size to see it fit. They were rude and said the receipt says no returns. Of course they put it on the receipt, after the fact that you purchase it. No one tells you it's non-refundable! Will not be shopping at Lululemon. Horrible customer service!

Although Lululemon is a well-designed and high-quality athletic company, this store only carries a small selection of its products, so it is not worth the effort to travel all the way here.

I love this store and the staff are usually friendly. But not today! The lady at the checkout register was really rude and even rolled her eyes at me. I wish I got her name, she’s the only female employee in glasses. Such bad customer service should not be permissible.

I was so excited to visit the Lululemon Pop Up in the Citadel Outlets. I thought there were going to be really good discounts since it is supposed to be a discounted store but there was almost no discounts. There were only two racks in the front of the store that had great discounts. There were some leggings that are normally $100+ and were discounted at $49. But they only had large sizes. This was a trend throughout the store, only the larger sizes are discounted at a good price. The shorts, jackets, and bags only discounted a few dollars. It was really not worth my 8 hour trip to visit this store and not worth anyone’s time. Please avoid this store as it is disorganized and super expensive. I give it only one star for this reason.

Worst customer service. I had called before going back to the store if I can exchange a shirt I bought the guy manager said yes to come in so I went and when I got there the cashier lady (forgot to get her name)but she was standing next to the lady manager, she was rude to me telling me she won’t ever exchange anything to me and my husband told her it was our first time and our second in that store and she said with an attitude “well first and last time” I told her with a confuse face that I had called and told me it was ok to just go in and she just kept saying yea only and last time I told her okay and at the end I still told her to have a good day and she just looked at me and said “yea” and called out “next”…. I Forsure never going again to this store.
