Tony and Chris were both great employees, who answered our questions, found out about the availability of products we liked and told us about ordering options, if our original product would be available to better inform us of how things might go. We changed our minds, having thought overnight, came back the next day made a new choice from in stock products and came home and had the flooring installed, and both my wife and I were very well pleased. Tony and the staff all did a wonderful job helping us select and prep the house for the new hardwood flooring. The installers were very skilled and advised us as they worked to professionally install the floor. When issues arose regarding the concrete foundation that were not discovered in the prelim work, LL Flooring promptly notified me of the situation with a corrective course of action that made sense without materially increasing the cost. I highly recommend LL Flooring from the national office to the local installers, their coordination was well executed.

Just called and was on word 7 of my sentence and before I finished my sentence the person said "We don't" and hung up on me. I purchased my flooring from them on my other house 7 years ago and they were great then but obviously not the case anymore.

We came to LL for some laminate flooring for my babies nursery. The showroom was smaller than I expected as I have never been to a LL before. But the amount of samples they have is perfect! I probably would have been overwhelmed if there were any more. The worker, Tony, immediately greeted us and asked about our project and what we were hoping for. He explained the current sales, type of floorings, other options, and any questions we had were answered. In the end, we chose our flooring but were a little taken aback by the price considering our budget. Tony noticed and brought out a clearance option that was honestly better than what we chose! He helped save us about $150 and I left more satisfied with that choice than if I left with the other flooring we were initially thinking of taking. I could tell Tony was looking out for us. We picked up our flooring from another location same day and I’m just very grateful he was able to help us out with our project and get us set with supplies in one day! I would definitely recommend LL to you if you are thinking about checking them out!
