“The store had plenty of options to choose from. Some good discounts on T-shirts over the weekend. It is also no different than any other Aeropostale store across the country. The line was moving quite fast for the checkout even for Saturday afternoon crowd.”

I Did not walk in for anything specific, just on a business trip and every employee was extremely helpful i watched Melissa handle a difficult customer with a smile while Destiny helped me find a size and Arella the manager was helpful without being pushy on helping me when I seemed indecisive about some pants.
Arella the manager wanted to make sure i took advantage of a deal on pants and sure the team was attentive and helpful not just with me but with every guest no matter how busy they got. Fantastic job Arella and team Citadel! Keep up the great work!”

“Hurley is my go to brand for beach board shorts. This Hurley store is a small outlet store in Citadel. Most of the time they have 50% discount on their board shorts, t-shirts, trucker hats and tank tops. Staff was helpful and friendly. Prices were affordable. Overall, I had a good shopping experience.”

“This store had closed for a bit for remodeling. They Knocked the wall down and made both stores( extreme wear and the t shirt store) into 1 big store! The store has everything you need. Nice shirts work gear Jean's polos hoodies etc. ? Definitely best store around! Highly recommended.”

“I went to citadel for the first time and I had a great experience. The parking is not so good tho. Very crowded. But the people in the stores are great. I went to buy my boyfriend some work boots, at timberlands, the girl who was helping me, stayed with me till I was satisfied, answered every question, and even tho I ended up not purchasing them their, I ended up ordering them online, she was so terrific and she even suggested I get them online since they didn’t have the exact boot I wanted. Or I should say he wanted. They are kind of pricey for my budget, but they last forever, and they’re the best quality. So it was all good! A+For the store, and the employees!!”

“One time I was gifted a shirt from my friend and I liked the shirt so much I found out he used this company to make his designs, The quality is wonderful, great cut, so light and comfortable cotton products, feels like a second skin. We are a group of friends who promote music events and we bought hundreds of items, shirts and hoodies from them and every single item was in great condition, well packaged, delivered in a few days, quality was beyond expected, the more expensive hoodies were wort it, compared to big brands it was a fabulous deal. Customer Service online is like being in person in a major brand store in a mall. Adriano and Lupita go out of their way to provide solutions effectively if problems happen, but rarely as their system is proved to work great.We are glad to find this store for blanks, as our print shops have stated their products are exceptional in holding print either plastic and the most difficult water based ink.Cannot stress how good the experience is buying from Cotton Heritage, beyond expectations.Thank you for bringing this quality product to the US.Also their website is great! so easy to use and select items hold them in your cart and overall fantastic!”
“What a great experience in this store. The staff here are SUPER helpful and on point - specially Jason and Alondra. Came in to buy a limited edition MK carry on bag, ofc on sale. Got to the counter and got wind of an ongoing promo, got encouraged to buy a $180 wallet, got to the counter again and it came out free. And with another 7$ discount from our original bill. Crazy.
