On the evening of September 12th around 5 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at MK. While all the staff members dressed in black were polite and professional, there was one woman in a red dress who said she is to be part of the manager — her behavior was completely unacceptable, especially for someone in a managerial position.
She displayed a stark contrast in attitude towards customers: very warm and friendly with Western visitors, but noticeably poker face and dismissive towards our Asian tour group. We encountered her at different times during our visit, and her expression and demeanor were consistently unfriendly. When we asked her about the gift tickets, her face turned even colder.
We spent over $400 at the store, but instead of feeling valued as customers, we felt racially discriminated against.
I would like to thank the rest of the staff in black — they were all very kind and helpful. It’s unfortunate that one individual’s behavior could negatively affect an otherwise good shopping experience.

What a great experience in this store. The staff here are SUPER helpful and on point - specially Jason and Alondra. Came in to buy a limited edition MK carry on bag, ofc on sale. Got to the counter and got wind of an ongoing promo, got encouraged to buy a $180 wallet, got to the counter again and it came out free. And with another 7$ discount from our original bill. Crazy. Alondra was super accommodating and Jason was just proactive in letting you know of all the benefits and stocks. Thanks so much guys! Day well spent! 🙌🏼💯☺️

“Great Prices and Excellent Service!”
This clothing store is a fantastic place to shop! The prices are very good, making it a great option for anyone looking for stylish and affordable fashion. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. On top of that, the store is very, very well-organized, which makes browsing a pleasant experience. I highly recommend it!

Plenty of options to choose from. The store was very crowded on a Saturday, but understandable since it was the weekend crowd. Both Men's and Women's section has plenty of options and good discounts. The only suggestion I would have for the store is, if they could provide some seating area.

The new manager, Hector, is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered in the store. He didn’t let me open an umbrella in the store to check the pattern and literally snatched it out of my hands!! Then, when I asked him to sell me a bag, he refused and said someone else could help me instead. Another girl, a sales associate, helped me perfectly, and she was very nice. In fact, all the salespeople in this store are very nice, but the manager is just terrible.
