Went there today to make some last minute purchases for xmas. The floor staff were wonderful, all of them asking us if we had questions or needed help. The cashier who helped was wonderful as well given that they were extremely busy. Unfortunately we were talking too much to the cashier that we forgot to get the receipt from her. We called the store later in the evening to try and get a copy. Edgar & Melissa helped me get a copy. They were very patient with us and got us a copy. We really needed the itemized copy and they made it happen for me! Thank you so much! Definitely will return and would recommend! Happy Holidays guys!

Great black friday experience! Megan is SO SO helpful and amazing. She helped us with our shopping and knew everything we asked her. She is wonderful. Would come back just for her! Great deals too!

Went to return something on Saturday November 25th and after waiting in line to get into citadel & into the store, even waiting in line inside the store, I was told that they were not accepting returns. The girl said they were not taking returns or exchanges because it was very time consuming. What about all the time it took me to get there (about 1 hour)? If this was your policy then you should make it clear and not wait for people to be waiting in line. I am very disappointed in this store ahead of time so people don't waste their time. I specifically came to make this return and now I wasted to much time for you to turn me away. I will not be purchasing anything else from this store! Horrible place! Go to Kate Spade instead!!!

Extremely worst experience in this store. Especially the manager 's attitude. We shop 5 items for friends and ask for a separate paper bag for each one. But they said they can only provide one paper bag for all items together... Come on, just the paper bag , I didn't ask for the gift boxes but just the paper bag...and the manager didn't even want to talk about this and showed no patience....never had such experience in other stores in the same shopping mall and other places as well.. Other stores provide separate paper bags as they know those items differently will be the gifts if you purchase multiple , if it is for my personal use, I don't even need any paper bag...COME ON MK, this is how you treat your customers, you don't want your logo spread to the market... then just please take it out from your merchandise too, make it plain..Mad, Sad, angry for this store...

I'll start off with giving a shoutout to Jose for his amazing service. He was very friendly and attentive. Now, the reason I'm giving a 1-star review is due to the very poor service provided at the register. Long story short, there was a 50% sale going on around the store, with an additional 20% off on top of that. I saw a nice polo I wanted, and headed to the register to checkout: when I get there, the price that it was ringing up at was different from what I had calculated. When I brought it up to the lady at the register, she replied in a snarky tone and said, "It's because of taxes." Price was ringing up $20 more than the advertised price, so I repeated to her that the price was different from what the signage advertised. She brought a manager (I assume?) over to assist me, and she had the same snarky tone with me. She proceeds to tell me that the polo wasn't part of that sale, that it only was applicable to backpacks. I repeated what the sign said one more time to her, and she straight up asked, "Do you want to buy the shirt or not?". After that exchange, I ended up walking out. I understand that everyone has bad days, but their attitude was very unprofessional and rude, which is not what I think of when I think of Michael Kors. The best advice I can give to you: go to another Michael Kors. Maybe their service will improve if you hit their commissions.

Loni is the best! Amidst crazy Christmas shopping she was so accommodating and went out of her way to be pleasant and helpful. Even as she was walking around to show me something she was wishing people a happy holiday. Not easy with a bunch of impatient shoppers! Natalie was also great too and the ladies at the register in the men's section. Kudos to them!

Although some girls on the floor were helpful, the girl at the cashier (the brown reddish hair Hispanic girl) was so mean. She asked my information for one year warranty so I politely asked the details, and she looked annoyed. Also the paper bag she gave me was broken so I said it’s broken, and again, she got angry (she quickly fixed the paper bag in a rude manner but the handles were uneven and that I couldn’t hold the d*** bag..) if she’s unhappy to provide a very minimum service, why the hell she’s working there??And she clearly mistyped my info because I never received the warranty information.. sigh

Micheal kors outlet had many many deal today. It conveniently has both mens and women's in one location. The staff was totally friendly and helpful. Good variety over all, and one of the shops closest to the parking lot. It's very very easy to find. Happy shopping all.

Store is clean and there are associates that will help you. The prices are a bit confusing because the prices are the words at the top of each section. You can ignore the prices on the actual tag. Once you understand this concept then you will be able to see that the prices are really great. The hundred dollar bags are about $80. I also got a wallet for about $50. So it definitely has great outlet prices. There are lots of options in the store is fairly large. I didn't like that they wanted me to give them my email address while checking out. I declined but the checker kept insisting. I just kept declining until she gave me a weird look and gave up.

Horrible/appalling experience today at the MK store! I was checking out some purses and decided to reach to the one on the top shelf that had the strap/handle already out. When someone behind me starts yelling like crazy for me not to take the purse off the top shelf!! She was yelling so loud it caused a scene & made everyone around look which was so unnecessary let alone not to mention the embarrassment it caused! The employee was a older female Asian with long black hair--I don't know if she was some kind of manager or just a regular employee because she was carrying all kinds of purses. I can't imagine how she treats other MK employees if you belittle and talk to your customers in this type of fashion! I'm thinking she had to be some kind of manager because the salesgirls seemed scared of her. Mind you, I spent several hundred dollars at that store & was made to feel like a child who shouldn't touch anything on the top shelf! I think next time I'll take my business to the Coach store since their employees know how to treat a customer!!! MK should train their floor people about customer service!!! Would rate this experience as zero if I could! Only regret is that I didn't get that RUDE female employee's name!
