This place is such a joke. They sell fake cologne/perfume & their return policy is stupid. If the stuff they sell isn’t fake, it’s at the very least an after market product that’s years old. It smells nothing like the originals. The sample I smelled was the original for sure, it smelled exactly like the one I got from Macy’s. But the bottle I took home? Some watered down bs that smelled like a different cologne altogether. I’d highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Also their staff is rude & ignorant. The manager, supervisor, whatever he was I spoke with was just an idiot. His name is Mario! But I’m sure he knows they sell fake cologne so that’s why he got so offended about my comments.

This place is awesome! Never buying a fragrance anywhere else. They have a good variety of colognes and perfumes, and you save plenty of money, just on these three (Versace Bright Crystal, YSL MYSLF, Valentino Donna born in Roma) I saved about $105. It’s also very convenient that you’re able to shop online and get it shipped directly to your door! Never buying from the mall again.

Chris! This guy is the most amazing associate in the store! Ask for him when you go in! My mom had a scent that she was in love with but it was discontinued and he found a scent that was almost the exact scent. He is so good at fragrance matching that he knew off the top of his head what to recommend. His attitude was so positive and his poise was amazing despite my mom searching for something exact and being very specific and picky. This guy deserves to be in charge of a store or something. Can’t wait to recommend him to all my friends and social media followers!He has an amazing energy, spirit, and superior customer service!

We spend over $250 there and we didn't even got any samples!!! The store associate was kinda pushy and she was trying to sell us perfumes we didn't want.

Gotta say by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in whole citadel outlet. It’s hard nowadays to get exceptional service like today. Gotta say, Karla provided really great customer service which I would say she deserves employee of the month :)
