I had awful experience in this shop and never gonna spend a penny here. The employees here NEVER WELCOME ASIANS. They never say hi or express any welcoming gestures even though I had eye contact with them. Not only myself but my friends had same experience too. Those employees need to be TRAINED.

Was worst experience ever had.This store manager not given out her information.Used assistant manager to treated customer service.I made purchase on may 22, 2023. Used international credit card. Payment cleared but there system did not print out receipt. Ending up made me double pay using different card.Per their statement was payment did not go thru.It happen sometime due to system errorBut I'm not happy customer service was so terrible. When I spoke over the phone, please stop by store to solve this matter. After hour, I went to store. They made me wait there 20 minutes. Answer was contact my bank and dispute my transaction.It could be explain over the phone.Wasting time and ignoring me over my face .I was big fan of Ralph LaurenAfter this matter, not any more.Company need more spending management education.

Priscilla is a natural at having innate customer service skills. She stayed patient, while we were ordering patches for me and my girlfriend jackets when store was closing. She never rushed nor gave off any inconsistencies of ready to leave. She was awesome. Thx Priscilla for everything.

This store has a lot of variety of shirts, jeans etc. There’s a small collection of office attire. What makes this Ralph Lauren store unique is that there’s a custom tailor shop that you can add RL designed patches on your shirts, pants or anything RL. Each patch costs $10-50 depending on the size. I customized my shirts by adding three patches for $15 each. I’ll come back for more!!

Great new store with an awesome selection, but customer service is horrible which is really surprising for a Polo store. I prefer the smaller location because at least the customer service was what I would expect it to be at a Ralph Lauren Polo store.

I would give zero star to this location if I could, they are very disorganized, staff was bringing customers they were helping straight to the register while the other long line of customers stood still to pay. It made me myself and other customers feel in line we were less valued customers then those that the associates took priority of us.

Love the clothes but the employees aren't very friendly. From the time we walked in to the time we left we were spoken to once by one out of five (or 6) employees. And she only talked to us because we asked her to open the dressing room so I could try something on.Wound up buying a $250 dress & they still didn't blink in our direction. 3 stars out of 5 only because i like the outfits.

Me and my sister came here. We were asked “if we needed help”, we said no thank you but this young woman with a walkie continued to follow us around the store. When we did need help we were ignored. Sales associates also gathered on a display, LEANED on it, effectively blocking customers from looking at anything on it, and talked about what they were going to eat for lunch. They were rude, discourteous and childish. You would think they would give these children better training. I contacted Polo about this mistreatment but we were ignored. Don’t go here, go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being.
