The room was infested with ants, and the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. Additionally, we were dissatisfied with the location, and due to the exhaustion from a 12-hour flight, we decided to leave the hotel after staying for one night. I had made a prepaid payment for the reservation. Before checking out, I spoke with both a Booking.com customer service representative and the hotel, who assured me that there would be no issues with obtaining a refund for the unused nights. Based on this assurance, I left the hotel.
Since my departure, the hotel has persistently refused to refund the cost of the nights I did not stay. Despite Booking.com’s support throughout the process, clearly stating that the refund is the hotel’s responsibility and that there are no obstacles to processing it, the hotel has shown no willingness to issue the refund and continues to shift the responsibility back to Booking.com, even though I have informed them of Booking.com’s stance to the contrary.
Despite numerous exchanges, the issue remains unresolved.
I strongly advise against choosing to stay at this property.

Stopped after 10pm with no reservation, front desk was super welcoming. All staff we're great. Comfy bed, quiet AC, good breakfast and coffee Reassuring to have security in the lot all night!

Nice clean rooms but attached Dennys is burnt down . Staff is friendly and well lit parking area with security .

Not a bad hotel but pillow are not great or good. Bring your own. Breakfast is regular breakfast at a hotel. But I had points and had to school shop for the kiddos so this place was it!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had an alright experience . The room was clean but smelled like a wet towel. The staff were polite , and the location was convenient for what I needed. I did go and speak to customer service because the neighbors alarm wouldn’t stop bringing and they said they will try to handle it. It did not get handled that alarm was still going off in the morning. The pool area was clean but small no Jacuzzi.

Stayed with my family here for a few nights and despite the location. It's very nice we'll maintain the hotel, the staff is very friendly and takes pride in keeping the place looking sharp. There seems to be overnight security on site, which is nice. The breakfast spread was outstanding and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay.. staff is a bit unknowledgeble, they said the car charing is free, included with the stay, but it was not..
We changed rooms because of noisy air-conditioner, but it was noisy in other room as well. Staff was helpful though.

I stayed a few years ago and then again while I was in town this past week. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms are priced good. Their customer service is WONDERFUL. The breakfast was delicious, (you can make your own fresh waffles) Pool is heated and the workout room is really nice. I like that they have security monitoring the grounds at all hours. They also have fresh water with fruit in the lobby. The room was basic but modern, very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in town :)

Close to the airport it was our last night there and wanted to stay close as possible to avoid traffic to airport. Clean, free breakfast, budget friendly!
