Terrible customer service. Always sneaking to put you on auto pay when you clearly argue with them not to they hang up in your face. Never communicate clearly so they have these fees added to everything. They just want a sale. Even as a long time customer who is always making payments on time. This the last item I purchase with RAC.

I give this place -5 stars. They will come to your workplace and try to collect. Money from you. They will also setup auto pay without consent on any card you use to make a payment. They also will be really nasty and try to come pick up your item if you miss a single payment. Also they charge double retail price of the bat, and only give you like 3 months to pay it off or you'll be stuck with payments until you decide to return the item to them. I have to report fraud to my bank and also am considering suing them for harassment.
