The service they give in this store is one of the worst. Before this visit I had already gone through 4 gallons of super pain and they gave me prmar200 and in a box with a serrated tape and they charged me at the price of super pain and something else They don't speak Spanish despite being Hispanic.??

It's a clean, well organized, and well stocked. However the main man who works in the front, we nicknamed "El Cascarrabias (Grumpy)." He always looks at you like you are d*** or like you have gotten on his last nerve. He gets the work done competently, so if you don't worry about what he may or may not be thinking and focus on the tasks at hand, he is helpful and you can get what you need.However, today I heard him chewing out a female employee in the back in a way that was excessive, and I don't like that at all. I really want any business I patronize to treat their employees well, whether or not it affects me directly.

I bought a new house stop by the store to look at some colors,and a lady name Maria help my wife, I. She was very knowledgeable she knew her stuff. She sold us cashmere paint, and all the right tools for the job. Great service! The color was perfect Greek Villa

I ordered paint on Friday online and they never called me to pick up the pain Saturday, they're only open till 2 Saturday and closed Sunday day. So I have to wait till Monday to get my paint.

I just left right now and the young lady at the register is so rude and has a bad attitude. There were no people or customers in there so I'm not sure why she would be acting the way she is. I noticed other people have complained about her in reviews though so that's why this business doesn't get customers. Maybe get a nice cashier! :) this one is trashy

went on my day off because i wanted to paint 1 wall in my room and was asking questions to the only lady near the register and she was absolutely no help. Very rude and gave off an attitude as if my friend and i were interrupting her with our questions. Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. There were two ladies at the store when I stopped by to pick up my online order. I got two order confirmation email with charges for three paints I paid for, which also matched my bank of america transaction. One of the lady told me her system does not show and that I still have to pay for the third paint. I showed her my email conf. and the bank transaction trying to explain, and also asked her if I will be able to get the money back if later on their system shows the correct updated information that I had paid for one item twice. She was very unfriendly and her attitude handling the situation was very unprofessional, almost threatening as she looked pretty mad the whole time I talked to her. She told me the only way I could take the paint is to pay for it, so I did as I needed all three colors to do the project I was working on. I understand discrepancies could happen but the way she treated the situation was very uncomfortable for the cusyomer, and It was such an unpleasant experience. i wouldn't come back here. I see couple unpleasant review as well, and I suspect it is the same lady I spoke to. VERY RUDE.
