“Lots of parking spots are available at this popular shopping destination. There are many good stores to check out and the food court/food options are great as well. No shortage of stores to check out. Really nice to just walk around and spend an hour or two here. Highly recommend if you’re looking to kill some time or spend some money.”

“This is from quite a while ago, but I did receive exceptional service from multiple staff there. I went straight for the EA7 items and casual/ sport Armani items, but still had them check on me several times to see how I was doing. Also, I noticed that others there were also being well attended to...”

“It is a shopping center, there is everything, food, clothing, shoes, everything. But for construction people, even behind the shopping center there is a store of materials and tools, the prices for both tools and electrical materials are incredible.”

“Parking sucks here. People do not know how to drive in the meddle area near the buffet restaurant area. Needs some type of sign there or someone will eventually get hit. Parking the worst part of this promenade.”

“Lots of homeless people stay in this plaza. More times than not, it's filthy. The parking lot is full of trash. The trash cans are overflowing. And the side walks are full of food and spilled drinks too. Especially by Rainbow doughnuts. The city needs to do a better job of keeping it clean.”

“Yesterday at 9 am I drove down to Whittier to enjoy the parade. I found paid parking $10.00 immediately very close to streets where parade was. I brought 2 chairs and was right in front of all the action. I like to give a huge shout out to all sponsors who made the parade happen. The Celebrity Grand Marshal for the parade was comedian Jerry Garcia. From Huntington Park, Garcia is one of the top-rated comedians, with his HBO special "It's Not My Weekend" currently streaming. This year, there were two Grand Marshals, as the Uptown Whittier Association brought back its Community Grand Marshal, honoring Bobby Ruiz of @mywhittier fame. Ruiz is a local community celebrity dedicated to uplifting Whittier businesses and community history. "Having been around for 69 years now, the parade is a cherished tradition enjoyed by generations of families each year that highlights the youth, schools, and nonprofit organizations that make Whittier such a special place”

“The staff and bread selections are always great here. And this is a location that makes excellent 85° iced coffee. If you haven't had it before, I highly recommend that you do! I will say my last visit wasn't as pleasant as it normally was. And it was by no means the staffs fault or the quality of our food/drinks, but someone picked up our drinks, because they were standing at the counter and grabbed them before the staff said the number ou loud. So I guess receipts need to be checked before customers can take the drinks next time. The staff was nice seeing as we had been sitting there and waiting for a while and had no drinks in sight, so when I asked them about it, they were really nice and made our drinks again, but for us this time. Lol”

And the food court on the bottom floor has many extremely popular and absolutely delicious options to choose from.”

“Chinatown Los Angeles, despite its decline in popularity and decrease in open shops, still manages to maintain its charm and allure. The neighborhood's beauty lies in its remarkable early 1920s architectural design, which never fails to captivate visitors. While it may not be bustling with tourists as it once was, Chinatown Los Angeles exudes an air of nostalgia that is difficult to disregard. The streets are adorned with traditional Chinese-style gates, lanterns, and ornate buildings, creating a picturesque ambiance that transports you back in time. One cannot help but appreciate the history and heritage embedded within Chinatown's architecture. The district's architecture is reminiscent of the early Chinese settlements in America and pays homage to their culture and traditions. It is a testament to the enduring spirit of the Chinese American community.Despite the closure of numerous shops, Chinatown still manages to offer a unique experience to those who explore its streets. Many of the remaining shops are filled with antiques, art, and traditional Chinese items, providing a glimpse into the neighborhood's character and identity. Additionally, there are still cultural events and festivals held in Chinatown, which offer a chance to witness the community's vibrant traditions and celebrations. As someone who has always held an affinity for Chinatown, it holds a special place in my heart. The allure of this neighborhood lies not only in its architectural beauty but also in the rich history and cultural significance it represents. It serves as a reminder of the early Chinese immigrants' resilience and the contributions they have made to American society. In conclusion, Chinatown Los Angeles may not attract as many tourists as it once did, and its closure of shops is undoubtedly a loss. However, its enduring beauty and cultural significance make it a place that many, like myself, will always cherish. If you appreciate history, architecture, and the vibrancy of a community, a visit to Chinatown Los Angeles is still well worth it.”

“I like it, it is very convenient ? , I can get my medicines at cvs target, and groceries as well, across we have ross, bestbuy,el Pollo loco,Marshall's, one dollar tree etc.”

“Variety of stores and parking spaces. Great place to shop except for the dollar tree store. They will charge you sales tax on items that are tax exempt. They basically steal from the customers and commit tax fraud. When you confront the store management, they will blame it on the state of California and say the store has nothing to do with the illegal sales tax that they steal from the customers and it's the state of California that has control over their cash registers and that the store can't change the "machine"as one of the managers pointed at the cash register and the state of California automatically charges sales tax on items that are not supposed to be taxable. What a bunch of lying criminals! I don't understand why some people are so despicable. Either the managers know exactly what they are doing or they are uneducated scandalous people. I hope they change their ways and become more better people. Sigh...”
