“Lots of homeless people stay in this plaza. More times than not, it's filthy. The parking lot is full of trash. The trash cans are overflowing. And the side walks are full of food and spilled drinks too. Especially by Rainbow doughnuts. The city needs to do a better job of keeping it clean.”

“BCD Tofu is a good authentic Korean food restaurant. I went there with my family. We had seafood pancakes, Korean vegetable stew, bulgogi, and bibimpap. All tasty and excellent dishes, having lived in Korea, it was as good as it gets. The parking lot was crowded, and the service could have been better, we asked for an extra soup bowl, which never came, and it was hard to get their attention.”
“Fun little outdoor mall that has some yearly events we go to. Mainly the Chinese new year festival. Small enough to be comfortable but still alot of fun. Great restaurants to choose from and light shopping.”

“Variety of stores and parking spaces. Great place to shop except for the dollar tree store. They will charge you sales tax on items that are tax exempt. They basically steal from the customers and commit tax fraud. When you confront the store management, they will blame it on the state of California and say the store has nothing to do with the illegal sales tax that they steal from the customers and it's the state of California that has control over their cash registers and that the store can't change the "machine"as one of the managers pointed at the cash register and the state of California automatically charges sales tax on items that are not supposed to be taxable. What a bunch of lying criminals! I don't understand why some people are so despicable. Either the managers know exactly what they are doing or they are uneducated scandalous people. I hope they change their ways and become more better people. Sigh...”
“Really good service. I like chic filet sauce better, but theirs is good. I sub out cole slaw for an extra bread. Take the 2 bread and split them open from the top and slap sauce and a chicken tender in there and make yourself a delicious slider!”
“I went to Pioneer Chicken They have the best tasting chicken at this location. Fresh I bought 11 Chicken Breast to have for the week. Turn go Marshal's, FIVE BELOW, DOLLAR TREE, Ross, have lunch at any corner of the Quad, pay bills, Rite Aid furnishes "Western Union", to "Big Five", Pet shop, T.J.Max, T-Mobile phone Co., "Chiles" restaurant, Chinese Food, Hawaiian Bar-B-Que, Mexican Food at Vallarta Mkt., eat in or take out..fresh homemade Tortillas, Mexican Sweet Bread, Post Office Delivery for packages:Get your Nails done? ?The ladies pretties??. Staples I spend a lotta time in that place?I could go on & on??my needs change from day to day. But they are always close by to cover every little situation day to day. “The staff and bread selections are always great here. And this is a location that makes excellent 85° iced coffee. If you haven't had it before, I highly recommend that you do! I will say my last visit wasn't as pleasant as it normally was. And it was by no means the staffs fault or the quality of our food/drinks, but someone picked up our drinks, because they were standing at the counter and grabbed them before the staff said the number ou loud. So I guess receipts need to be checked before customers can take the drinks next time. The staff was nice seeing as we had been sitting there and waiting for a while and had no drinks in sight, so when I asked them about it, they were really nice and made our drinks again, but for us this time. Lol”
