After getting home from shopping at Smart/Final Encino store I discovered the checker did not bag my box of $9 cookies. I was treated like a criminal when I returned the next day with my receipt to get my cookies that I had paid for. The manager told me she needed first to check the stores tapes before she would give me my cookies.She went in a little room to see the days tapes and left me standing outside her door for fifteen minutes, I felt humiliated. She finally came out and said she saw me and the checker on tape. The checker had dropped my groceries two times. I did not complain about that because nothing broke. Perhaps my cookies dropped out of sight at that time and ended up missing in my bags. I purchased $111.00 that day of groceries. I usually spend much more each week. I asked to speak to the store manager. She was also very young and told me it was company policy to watch the daily tapes. I am a senior citizen and have never been treated like that in a grocery store. I will never return to your store. I will go to other Encino Grocery stores where my large orders will be happily accepted. As I was standing outside of her room customers were coming and going and looking at me standing there. It was awfull.

Today at Smart & Final on Hawthorne Blvd. I experienced back customer service with the manager. I called to see if an item was there and I was told yes. I drove to the location and the item wasn’t there. I spoke with the manager and I was told “ I should have asked for the manager”. So I asked the manager can you at least provide customer service and call another nearby location. The response was I can’t, I have something else to take care of right now. My question can another staff/employee call. No response. The manager proceeded to walk away. Poor Customer Service!!!

Kyle is a cashier at the smart and final grocery store located in Alhambra caHe threw my change at me and saw d I wanted to make sure your not stealing from the store so I have to check your cart ,, there was an Asian women in front of me and he did the same thing to her and said u people once he threw my change at me he made another racist comment and told the white guy behind me I don’t like those kind of people I will never ever shop at this store again besides that there aisle and line are horrible wait time is ridiculous , they also need to code there produce sectionSincerelyMs Fulton

Your stores are great! Produce, prices etc. It is just disappointing rotisserie chicken can't be found in all locations.

Worst online ordering service I have ever experienced!! Working on 2 full days wasted , between trying to email the help center and trying to fight my way through the check out process. If I hadn't used the product for 2 decades I would flat out never purchase from your business again. However on behalf of my employees who ask me to continue to buy your product line instead of finding a new supplier. I now will have to drive to 5 stores to get what I was trying to order on line which will waste atleast 1 more full work day and atleast $100dollars of fuel. Fix your website or you will continue to loose customer out of pure frustration of lack of functionality!!
