Very rude and disappointing experience!
I bought shoes from this store one week ago. I tried on size 8 in the store, which is my regular size, but it felt too tight. Since the shoe wasn’t wide, I decided to buy size 8½ instead so my feet wouldn’t hurt. When you try them in the store and actually wear them outside, it feels completely different. After wearing them for just one day, I realized they hurt my feet because they stretched and became too loose.
I went back and asked if I could exchange them for size 8. I even told them I wore them once. They let me try on size 8 and took the shoes to the register to do the exchange. I was happy thinking they would help me, but then another employee came over and said they couldn’t exchange them because I already wore them. In my mind, they should have checked the shoes first instead of wasting my time and giving me false hope.
What made it worse was when I left, the employee (light hair) didn’t even say thank you or sorry. Not one person did. The whole crew was rude and had terrible customer service!

The worst shopping experience ever, tricky returns & refund policy, any product sold can't be return without price tag, even the product has terrible condition, just left out of door, The rule store manager just keep replicate the finally sells policy.

I had a great experience at this Steve Madden store. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I found what I needed without being pushy. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Went to buy shoes for Christmas I didn't got the right size went to change it and they told me that they didn't had the size that they will orders maybe 2 week from know..so I asked the cashier so u want me to drive all the way over for u to order it and bring the shoes back ..they didn't take the shoes or did the order for the right size ...so disappointing...never again...you are a name brand to be doing this to your customers

I came in on a Saturday morning, and all of the staff were very helpful. They were attentive and checked in multiple times. They let me know all the active sales, and they were able to let me know which discounts worked online and at the store. Their helpfulness saved me even more money since they knew all of the sales.
