So bad attitude the lady who said she is a manager and her name is Jannes/jennis,she always has an attitude (the look in her eye) like who owe her money or the client can’t afford the product, if u bought a product, even in holiday purchase the receipt said u can return in 30 days or 45 days, she tried her best and every excuse to stop u return it, even u said u can exchange it, she said no more the product you want it anymore in the store，unless u insisting asking her which store has the product in store then u can exchange it in another store, when she felt ur temper, she said ok, we can exchange you here!!!So sucks a person act like that, can’t believe this kind of person can be a manager of a store, it is really a bad image for a store( by the way after her arrogant attitude agitate u , she would suggest u to drink a cup of water to calm urself)… I really suspect she has the basic quality a sales person should have, not mention the management position which suppose to set up a model for other entry level employees!

Worst customer service and shopping experience ever seen. The shop assistants care more about gossiping and chitchatting about their cooking receipts than talking to customers.

The workers at the Swarovski store are assholes. I told them I was shopping for a gift but wasn't looking for jewelry and before I could finish my sentence with "because she's allergic to most metals" they told me I was in the wrong store. Literally, "You're in the wrong store." So thank you, repugnant and off-putting Swarovski customer service, I hope you enjoy the emptiness of your store since you take apparent joy in running off customers who come in specifically to spend money. I took the worker's advice and left the store.
