OTR: 24/7. No overnight parking. Do NOT arrive more than 1 hour before the appointment time, or they will send you away. VERY Tight location. Busy. After checking in at Guard Shack, swing wide to turn right. One direction only. Bathroom available.

Not satisfied with the service they provide, they don't contact the customer how it should be and don't care if they have the shipment for days on there truck. :( I am not happy at all with the service they have to provide and they don't. Need something deliver urgent contact another carrier......

No show, no call twice. Signed up for the email notifications and it gave me wrong and outdated info. This place is a joke. Going to try and pick it up myself now. Review on how that goes next.

Getting used to the way this terminal operates initially was difficult - we struggled at first getting through to someone in operations who could set us up with our unique pickup needs.However, once we got a sense of how they operated, they have performed perfectly. They run a tight ship and a smooth operation, and our company is grateful for that. There are only a handful of LTL companies on which we can depend for actually smooth operation and I'm quite happy to say this is definitely one of them. I've been quite impressed at how this carrier has developed since it became TForce, and we're happy to continue to send business their way.

This terrible facility , my appointment was 11 pm and they told me get out of the facility because they are working on it and come back after 2 amWhen I came back at 2 am the load was loaded in the wrong trailer own by other company they don’t care about your trailer this the worst company in the United States. The facility name is Tforce / ups. It is terrible place and best place to waste your time right is 6:22 am and I am still waiting for the load I have been waiting from 11 pm yesterday to right now and They asked me to move trailer not mine to the dock instead asking yard move doing this job. I have to do his job. This is unbelievable experience. It is going to be my last time to be here.

took many phone calls. even though you asked them to call us before the delivery, they never do. one simple phone call prior to the delivery would have saved me couple of $$.
