I rarely write reviews, but what happened here was absolutely unacceptable.
US STORAGE employee Bridget was shockingly rude, dismissive, poor customer service and very unprofessional. She clearly has no understanding of what customer service means. She has no understanding of how to manage or de-escalate a situation

I'm a returning customer from 4 years ago and I have to say this place has got so much better from 5 years ago. Much cleaner and better staff. Samantha and Edith were very helpful and awesome with everything ! Highly recommed.

We came in with zero knowledge and wanted to rent a unit. Edith was super sweet and helpful. Showed us around and what was beneficial for our small business. I 100% recommend asking for her!!
