Went to the Post office to support and send a box instead of going to fed ex or UPS. Anyway I know this customer service lady has been here a while I seen her before as a long time resident of Commerce. No hello no how can I help u just stares at me as I tell her hi I am trying to send this box
I'm genuinely confused as to what i need to do and she just looks at me like I am dumb. Didn't have a good time with her as Im sure a lot of people would say.

Older woman with glasses was super unhelpful. I came in and asked for a box big enough for shoes I wanted to send back and she said there were no more boxes just the ones outside. I’ve been to several USPS stores and they’ve always given me boxes behind the counter. She was just being difficult for no reason. And she told me to go to the back of the alley for boxes. I went and there was nothing cause idk what alley she was talking about I looked everywhere. 0 stars if I could give them. Worse customer service than a DMV.

I ordered a package and is being held there for two weeks now. Horrible service. I read the reviews from years ago and it seems these problems are still carried on till this day. Do they just hire whoever they feel like. Gets me frustrated how my package hasn’t moved from that place since it got there. Do your job right how much is that to ask.

I drop off 2 of my important mail here and the receiver never get it. I have to deal with late stuff and payment since they never get it and make my life difficult. I actually went inside and drop it off also so I don't even know how they do their job at all. The 1st time I thought receiver lost it but 2nd time it for sure it them. So from that on I alway go different USPS.

The customer service phone system is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. Any question or problem out of the ordinary canned response menu can not be address. Impossible to reach an agent without jumping through hoops. So frustrating and a waste of time. Our tax money should go to better use!

Lost 4 packages in the last 6 months all delivered to the wrong address 4 were brought to me by those residence 1 never showed up and I'm out 40.00

Worst Delivery Service our 30 years experice with USPSDelivery person does not want to carry anythig 10lb more and They said they are suppost to do pick up service from us. It is only if they have space in their car. it that true, i don't get it.

Its a government office, what else can you expect?Long times, annoying/rude staff, terrible hours, incompetence, etc. If you need to actually get a package somewhere, use UPS or FedEX

Worst service ever they literally walked to the back when me and a pregnant lady walked into the place and ignored for a 10 minutes worst service ever I suggest the lady there be replaced.

This is my local post office, and every time I come in here the staff is very pleasant. I was there today and was not in the best mood (mailing a letter to my partner which I have not seen in months because of the pandemic - I was feeling down) the person helping me started a conversation and actually brightened up my day. It was exactly what I needed on a day like this. It’s not just about doing your job, it’s about also being human.
