had an appointment at 9 AM, arrived at 8:30 AM, and was assigned a dock at 11 AM. Then it was lunchtime, and they said they would reopen at 11:30 AM. It's almost 12 PM now, and no one has come to work yet. Also, while the previous truck was unloading, a worker asked me if another truck, which only had two pallets to unload, could go before me, and I agreed. Now, however, no one is unloading my truck. I'm very frustrated.

The security Guard at the check in at was awesome. Gave very precise directions on where we need to go. Receiving for non foods is a blind side back in. Quick unload. Maybe a half hour.

0800-1100 appt1030 arrived assigned door1130 loaded with paperworkPICK UP:huge entrance off Slauson. check in with the guard. the load i picked up was all the way in the back next to the on-site scales where there is 4 doors for a frozen yogurt load.seems each warehouse on the property has its own shipping / receiving office for their specific product.after check in and docking...loading was fast and the loader brings the paperwork out to you.Make sure you pre-cool your trailer if picking up a frozen load.The on-site scales are calibrated and on point and accurate. you can zip around the vons trailers and scale out if you want to.they give you a seal to attach with the paperwork.security gives a thumbs up ok the way out, no need to stop.Overall a great place to load. will be back
