Went to this bank to make a withdrawal. Jacqueline tapia. (Branch manager) kept me till 5:50 to verify a check that was cleared a few days ago. She said just because the funds are in your bank doesn't mean the check has been cleared. (It was a Bank of America check) She didn't give me my money and said try again tomorrow. This was all followed by after going through several forms of identification. This is the most miserable bank manager I've ever came across in my life. Never with Wells Fargo or any other bank in my 33 years of living had a worse experience. On top of that tellers are slow and I waited a good amount of time to get to the window. I will be reaching out to corporate making sure they are aware of the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this branch manager.

This is a despicable Wells Fargo they steal from you You're depositing money on the ATM I just put 195 in my account and the computer tells me it's 185 and then I take out the money band I count it was 182 It's ATM and this Wells Fargo branch that's in this location is bad and they're stealing from people im not going to come to this Place ever again I'm going to another Wells Fargo very disappointed in this location

Looking forward to the day this bank closes. The lines are insane...the employees would rather chit chat than do their job....they are understaffed...they don't follow their posted hours.

Very Disappointed with this branch!. I was there on 06-27-22, about 4:15 p m., just to make a deposit, a check from Escrow with a substantial amount, that is why I went in, and unfortunately there was only one teller, the slowest one I ever seen, but worst, she did not know what to do with my deposit and call the so, call Manager, Gloria Lorin, who not only hold up the line for so long, that people was upset, but she managed to find all kind of stupid excuses not to take my deposit, she was disgusting, a total obstacle and not a problem solver, even though there was not a problem, she made up a few and refused to take the deposit, plus she was rude and argumentative!. Total Stupidity and Incompetence!!!. I just went to the branch in Downey, where I usually go, and made the Deposit without any trouble in lessthan2 minutes!. Funds were released to my account, it was just a Deposit, how could things go Wrong!!!. Stay away from this brach and this so call Managers, they are only good for Nothing and with a Miserable Actitude!!!. And it is my second bad experience here, but never again. I may even take my Business to another Bank!.

This is a HORRIBLE branch to do any kind of business with . 20 People in line and only one teller. The other tellers are who knows where and the Manager on the computer in back of teller line minding her Business as if she doesn't see anyone. I was a teller for a bank and also worked for Bank Operations over 18 years and this is a NO NO . Shame on YOU Commerce branch ON EASTERN And SLAUSON . CUSTOMER SERVICE is BEYOND RUDE . I made a deposit for a pretty large amount and the deposit never posted . I called the Branch on Thursday at 4:30 and Nooo answer . We are NOW on Friday at 11:30 am and still no one available to answer. I am a business owner and been banking here since 1998 and it's a Shame . DELIA a the teller ,who thinks she is the bank police thinks she owns the bank .She is very RUDE . She made my deposit to another account that my card wasn't linked to. Thank goodness for the 800 customer care that helped me LOCATE Amy monies . If I could give NO STARS I would but unfortunately you can't continue. WF should train these tellers to continue with the line and not make it seem like they are working SUPER Hard just to it seem like a super important Transaction. Teller was digging through my account Acting super busy Hitting keys and questioning me . I know this drill due to being a teller . F9 , F6 and F4 just holds up the line DELIA . Especially on an account that has Pennies . Wish the branch would answer so I can Complain. This Should not happen to anyone.

The lines here are never short! Expect to wait 25+ minutes every time. Horrible! You'd think they'd be more prepared being in such a commercial area where people come during their lunch to handle business. No one wants to spend half their lunch waiting in a line.

Wish I would have seen the reviews before coming but now it makes so much sense don't come to this bank if you need help or an appointment they take forever to assist you appointment or not took an hour just to ask if I had an appointment and I told the security guard I did and the bank only had 1 person in line

Today I went into the branch and I saw there was an elderly customer who was using a cane who clearly was trying to wait for his turn. When I offered him the next spot in line, he declined. Other branches in the surrounding areas have a designated teller for both individuals with physical disabilities and other impairments. It's a shame that there is a lack of customer service at this particular branch. If I'm not mistaken, there legally has to be a designated window for customers with capacity issues.

This branch is the worst ever, long lines, no ATM inside that you can take out larger amounts of money. They need to hire more people. Two bank tellers ? Really they are located in a big commercial city in Los Angeles county. It's annoying been a Wells Fargo member since 2003 this one is convenient because my office is around the corner but might have to change banks for business purposes. Annoyed!

I wanted to give this bank location another try. They failed. The lines here are ridiculous. You are better off driving to another location then waiting in these lines. If you value your time go elsewhere. By far the worst banking experience ever. Time to spend some of the executive bonuses and hire additional CS reps.
