Excellent products Although they recently made a horrible move by hiring then firing the most iconic Detailer in history. Such a super bad move, I predict the company may go out of business due to such bad judgements But their products are good I just don't buy them anymore

I’ve only been detailing 2 years. So my knowledge is not all there yet. I can always count on the Team at 3D to answer any detailing questions I may have as well as taking the time to explain the differences all their tools and chemicals. I service about 40/month. good 3d is an excellent place in products I like everything they are well stocked I have been buying for 2 years always good service my complaint is the last 3 times it is a problem with the water pump I just yesterday arrived early at 8am I was never able to get water I tried for a long time time I came back again the coins I bought with them frustrated me I had to go with their competition which is like 3 blocks away on fb

I have being detailing for 10 years now also have been to multiple 3D locations I love their products and they have a strong reputation in the detailing community. Unfortunately I keep giving this 3D location in Compton the benefit of a doubt for few years now. Today sep 1 2023 sums it up for me the dude in the register has the worst customer service really bad attitude the girl was on her phone the entire time I was there , I walked the store for 10 min before I was helped Honestly I rather drive 20 min away than to deal with a arrogant person like him again sorry 3D but this location gives you a bad reputation.I will not recommend this store to anyone we as tax paying customers deserve better service if I could give this store 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can’t

I've been using adams and chemical guys this whole time and bought one product here and it came out better than those I have no clue why that is but I'm glad I found this spot wayyyy less expensive than those two brands I mentioned so you get more for your money !
