I purchase mine at Publix Supermarket County Side Shoppes in Cooper City Florida, at least twice a week. Always as good or better than 90% of the restaurants through town. If you purchase your sushi within a couple hours of its preparation it's always going to better. More than 2-3 of refrigeration it starts lose its quality
