I have good experiences with autozone stores with the exemption of this one, went to get paint to touch up a bumper, got there less than an hour after it was open, four employees, one doing the job right, assisting a valued customer, two having a totally out of work conversation, the third employee on the phone, it might had been work related based on her tone of voice and formal verbal language, As I walked in, since I was the only customer at that time I said, “ good morning everyone, welcome to auto zone”, that did call their attention but maybe I should have not said that, I continue to area where paint is, no one bother to offer any assistance, being that the paint is cage locked, I walk to front service area, and continue to be ignored. At that time I felt embarrassed and disappointed at the auto zone. I did call district manager and was very prompt to call me back, which that made a difference. If anyone read this review, thank you for that, and note that some retailers are being successful on self checkout stations is because we customers are tired of this type of service, and rather deal with a machine than dealing with people that have zero people’s skills to provide a decent service.

Came in for an order pick up I placed 3 days prior that still wasn’t fully ready. Specifically ordered online to make sure I got the right oil and the associate just took a quick glance at my phone and brought me a random oil that I’m not 100% confident goes in my car

After 10 years of not visiting AutoZone for horrible service in the past, today this location and employee Jasmine restored my faith to customer kind service toward AutoZone. At least this location . She was knowledgeable towards me and my father. She went out of her way to redeem a coupon that we had. We’re definitely coming back to this establishment .

It depends on which location you visit. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPTON AUTOZONE!!! The cashiers work at a snails pace and are unfamiliar with their store's inventory and where it is placed on the floor.I drove to the Torrance location and it was the complete opposite.
