This spot is my favorite spot because of the employees. They don't make them like they used to anymore but these employees at this autozone are amazing. I wish I would have gotten the guys name but he was Latino, very nice a bit on the heavy side. He was so helpful and very professional. I came in not knowing if my late fathers truck battery had warranty . I was about to just buy a new one when he asked for the purchasers' phone number so he could check just in case it was covered. And to my great surprise, the battery was under warranty. I was able to swap it out for free. These employees are the ones that keep businesses moving forward!

Went to get an air filter and asked to use the bathroom. I was the first customer of the day. The manager a small rotunda of a woman who was in her 20s but had the hardness of life painted on her scowling face like a 50 year old prison stud. She did not greet me good morning. Looked as if she did not want to be there and was very unkind about the restrooms being not for the public. I have shopped there on many occasions and witnessed the male Hispanics speak in Spanish asking to use the bathroom and was granted permission. This type of treatment by this type of woman and many like her towards nonHispanics is pervasive and is analogous to the Jim Crow Era now being perpetrated by Hispanics who have become the overwhelming majority in this city. The preferential treatment is nothing new but I am truly grateful exhausted from the indifference and micro aggression. By the way my father is Hispanic, I just don’t look it!

Shout out to to William, Yahir and Chris for their amazing service to me. I work on some old cars so don’t expect to ever find everything I need at autozone but same day and next day VDP’S saved me from having my AE86 down for a week waiting on parts from Japan. I appreciate the knowledge and customer these young men have offered me as well as the creative and knowledgeable atmosphere these young men create. I love when Autozone hires car enthusiasts because their passion in their work really shows as well as their knowledge and drive to help others. Thank you gentlemen once again for everything.

I recently had an incredibly unpleasant encounter at my local AutoZone store that left me thoroughly disappointed with their level of service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff was more interested in engaging in disrespectful conversations with each other than attending to customers.Upon entering the store, I observed a female clerk engaged in a conversation with another customer. However, instead of maintaining a professional demeanor, she was being downright disrespectful and seemed completely uninterested in providing any sort of assistance. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior in a retail environment.After waiting for what felt like an eternity, the clerk finally turned her attention towards me. However, I quickly realized that she hadn't abandoned her negative attitude towards the previous customer. While begrudgingly helping me, she continued to bad-mouth and gossip about the individual she had just interacted with. This made me extremely uncomfortable and created an unwelcoming atmosphere.To make matters worse, I received no personal attention or assistance during my transaction. The clerk seemed more interested in rushing through the process rather than ensuring that my needs were met. It was evident that providing quality customer service was not a priority for her.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive prompt assistance when visiting a store. Unfortunately, my experience at AutoZone failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. The unprofessional behavior, disrespectful conversation, and lack of personal attention during my transaction were highly disappointing.I had hoped to rely on AutoZone as a reliable automotive parts supplier, but based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider my options. It is crucial for AutoZone to address these issues promptly and ensure that their employees adhere to professional conduct, treating customers with the respect and attention they deserve.Overall, I strongly advise against visiting the AutoZone store I encountered. Their lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior make it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

HUGE shoutout to Paez and Bahir for saving my life! My tire completely popped on the freeway and this Autozone was the closest car related store around. Paez was so so kind and helped me borrow all necessary tools to change my tire. Bahir later, on his break, checked out the tire and made sure it was good to go. Paez directed me to the nearest tire store to get it replaced ASAP. Thank you to these kind souls!
