My first appointment I waited in a room for an hour before the doctor came to speak with me. The referrals that they sent me to don't return phone calls or they sent me to the wrong place for a referral. Tried to make a dentist appointment and they told me that they couldn't finish my root canal because they didn't start it. And that I needed to go back to the doctor the starred. However the doctor that started it was a specialist that I was referred to and they no longer take my Insurance. My initial reason for going to the doctor was because of knee pain. It's been 6 months and still no resolution to the knee pain. I made an appointment and drove all the way to Compton from Anaheim to see a specify doctor and although I saw him in the back when I walked in they sent another doctor in to speak with me. She didn't even look at my chart she talked at me. For the follow up to that appointinsooke with another doctor over the phone and his first question to me was "have you lost any weight?" Proceeded to offer me diet pills but only wanted to give me naproxen for the pain of a suspected meniscus injury after i mentioned to him that it didn't work when the other doctor prescribed it to me months ago. It has since been a month since that call and I scheduled an appointment with the doctor that I like to visit and they called me the day off to cancel the appointment. I've been calling every day since. No answer and no return phone call. I'll be submitting a formal complaint to the California medical board. This place needs to be shut down. Immediately.

They are the worst. They never answer the phone. I always struggle to schedule appt. horrible service.

Been trying to get in touch with anyone who will answer the phone .. for 2 weeks already have yet to get a hold of someone .. have left voicemails and no one has returned the call ..

Previously, I posted a negative review about the Compton Health Center. But Kendra and the staff have more than made up for the mix up. The office might be quiet in the waiting area but behind the scene they stay busy. All businesses have to realize that communication is the key to a successful relationship with your patients/customers.
