Horrible Service And Never Want To Call Or Service BP. We've heard Horrible Things About Them. They have bad rep with mechanics. Personally I Would Call ANYONE ELSE If You Can. We Would Have To Wait For The Driver To Tow The Car To The Shop About 1hr and 20m after we close Because The Driver was on lunch and they were backed up on Calls and the trucks had to "ReGen" For an hour. They should Slow Their Roll and Stay In Their Lane Before Taking On So Many Calls And blaming it on "there's a lot of Cars on the road". When The Driver is "97" on Location. Bad Account To Have.

Terrible experience! Got them from my insurance as a service provider told me it’ll be around 3 hour wait. Ended up taking over 6 hours for the tow truck to arrive after 2 calls for updates. When to tow truck arrives driver was rude and unprofessional didn’t offer any assistance when asked to push my car into the street from drive way. Didn’t offer any direction on what to do, put the car in neutral, turn ignition etc. and begins to yell about making his night hard and say things under his breath. Once car was loaded left without saying a word. Overall experience was terrible choose a different tow provider.

Due to all the rains we had lately. I got sunk to the axle in my storage lot. I called progressive Rv roadside service for help. They called BP Towing Company for a winch out service. The BP dispatcher was prompt and told me to expect a call from the tow truck driver soon. The driver called me to send him pictures of what the area looked like and what equipment to dispatch to help me. Small tow truck arrived and attempted to winch me out to no avail. Driver said he would be back with help and a bigger truck. 1 hr true to his word they arrived and pulled the bus out. These guys are the real deal and will definitely call these guys again for help in the future. Thanks again. Sergio

Very bad customer service booked in advance and when the day arrived they said it was Sunday and they were not going to drive that far " I don't think so"? now we have to wait for somebody else thanks a lot for your services if I were you I would go with somebody else because to be honest they don't even deserve one star but that's the only way I can leave a review??♀️ take your money elsewhere

Got b&p towing from my insurance company because I lost my last set of keys and needed a tow to the dealership. All that's on me but their customer service and how they handle their clients is on them. They brought out a big flat bed truck at first but due to my car not being able to move and the space it's in we needed a smaller one. No problem they didn't know. So I call the lady and we talk for about 45 mins about my situation she knew I didn't have the keys and I needed a smaller tow with a Dolley. She assured me that they have one just not at the moment and if I wait till the morning i will be the first client. It was about 1pm yesterday if I would've known they would pull this I would've went to another company. So the morning comes up which is about 45 mins ago I get to meet with the tow and THEY brought the same tow they brought yesterday. So I fall the lady because I have her number and she tells me the dispatcher didn't read the notes! and that's it no accountability no apology no nothing just told me that I should call my insurance company and get a different one. Normally don't even do reviews but how i was treated needs to be said. To run your business like this shouldn't be acceptable. You should value the customer and not push them to the side when you made the mistake.

Today was my first time using road side assistance through my insurance company. They connected me with BP and probably for the first time in my life I'm actually satisfied with a towing company's services. Would recommend them for fast and quick service, and your car will be secured properly.
