Only three stars because it is a store where there is a lot of variety and good prices but for the same reason it takes time to buy and sometimes you feel like using the bathroom and it is incredible that they have closed the bathrooms, that is unacceptable, I had to leave my car and go out to look for a bathroom in another place and return to buy because I really needed the selected items, but the time to do that is not fair... it is the second time and I think I will think about it to return..

Bad customer service a lady name Renee had a very bad attitude. We bought over $400 worth of stuff. If you don't like being a cashier scanning lots of items then don't work there period! Go clean the bathroom or floors if you don't like the job as a cashier.

I used to love Burlington stores. But I came to this location and it's ridiculous how they have roped off the entrance and make you wait like you're about to get on a roller coaster. Then you go inside and there's literally no one around. Only one employee working the register while 2 other employees were gossiping. There we'd like 7 people in front of me. I didn't purchase anything. I left because I had no patience for this. I'll probably never come here again ! Prices were ok

Not bad prices at all. They have a bit of everything.I like to walk around & see what's in clearance. Friendly staff but I must say being in line for the cashier is a long wait.

I understand that this is the holiday shopping season, but this is ridiculous. There are over 60 people standing in line and there are only 4 tellers open. They are not ready for this shopping season.
