I'm presently at the police station filing a report because my storage unit was broken into. I just moved my things in less than 2 weeks in a 10'x18' unit . This is all my belongings out the house I moved from . When I asked for them to check their footage the front desk clerk said all they have is live streams , so why have cameras . That's a lie . Also with their insurance police it has to be burglary meaning their property has to have been damage . Theft is not covered . Which is if they break your lock off as what happened in my incident , oh well your lost !!😡😡😡😡 . My storage unit was ransacked , my TV's and other valuable items were stolen . The clerk could have cared less to even take a look but just gave the pamphlet to call to see if I qualify to make an insurance claim. Bogus !!!' The property seems very secure but it is NOT!!! 9/27/2024 .

At first this seemed like the perfect place at a perfect price but then they raised the price of my unit to almost three times as much never once did they say that the smallest unit would go from 50 something to 164 dollars and then to tell me that the price i was paying was only for three months and i read the contract plus moving is hard enough as it is and it is exhausting and sometime nature calls yet they dont even allow you to use the restroom so pretty much they expect you to stop moving your stuff and close everything up just to leave and go somewhere else to use the restroom with your uhaul and everything it is ridiculous thank god i Am out of here i wont ever refer anyone to this place good riddens

if you need to reuse the restroom go to the restroom before you come to this place because these guys are so I mean they charge you all this money for rent and we're human we have to use the restroom sometime we have to relieve ourself this place will not allow you to use the restroom therefore if you have a public facility for people and they need to have a restroom where for the customer that is store the items there but they were not allow you to use the restroom

Really bad customer service. Extremely rude and insensitive to any situation. I came here to do a simple fedEx drop off and they wouldn't take it simply bc they were closing ... terrible attitude
