This is the worst cvs in the world they take too long and they don't call or text to let you know your prescription ready .... If I can give them zero star I would they don't deserve a star

Jenny, Sherry and the team are fantastic! No matter how busy they get, they somehow are able to ensure each customer has an individual experience. I’ve been coming to this location for almost 3 years now and they are consistently providing excellent customer service and quality. Great stuff!

I've had nothing but great customer service and experiences with this particular pharmacy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When I take the time to tell them what my priorities are, they do their best to meet my needs. I have held up the line because I had questions that needed to be answered. They opened another line, and allowed me the opportunity to take my time to get the answers I needed.

Jenny and the pharmacy staff are THE BEST!!! You are always greeted by name. They treat each person as if you are their only client and they serve hundreds of people. They will stop what they are doing to explain your medications to you, ask you if you have any questions, should they put your medication on automatic refill. They are just amazing!!!

My son was a patient at the clinic and was given a prescription to be filled at the adjacent cvs. I placed the prescription and it was promised in 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later, after never being called, I approached the technician to see if the prescription was ready, only for her to immediately walk to the appropriate area and get it off the shelf. Despite having a huge "waiting" sticker at the top of the bag, no one was ever going to call me up. My son was sitting in the pharmacy waiting in pain, and the cvs employees didn't have the heart to simply call out his name to notify us that his prescription was ready. Shameful.

The pharmacist would not care to help to check if another cvs had the required prescription for my daughter after asking if they could check. Ive received better customer service in other cvs store where the pharmacist would actually try a couple locations to confirm they were out of stock. Bad customer service. Had to go elsewhere which had better care for their customer. Would not recommend this cvs pharmacy.

Worst CVS ever they're always taking too long to get medication and then you called and they tell you that your medication is going to be there ready in an hour and you expect your medication to be ready in an hour and when you go they tell you it's gonna take 45 minutes more I will definitely not come back again horrible service horrible customer service they don't even care about their customers!!!

They don't even deserve 1 star! My dad was getting a refill for his diabetic medication, the pharmacist argued with him they had given him a 90 day supply. My dad told them they were wrong that they had given him a 30 day supply which was why he was in there to get another refill since he had finished the medication. They asked to see the bottle of medication to see the info on there, to see how much supply they gave him. It ends up they had given him the wrong medication. Their excuse was that the bottles looked similar, so that means they didn't care to triple check nor read prescription names and just went off based on appearance. They put the label, which had all of my dad's correct info (meaning name, prescription name, instructions) on the wrong medication bottle. The medication they gave him was called "Bicalutamide" that is a hormone based chemotherapy and hormone associated therapy pills that treats prostate cancer. My dad was supposed to take was "pioglitazone" an anti-diabetic medication. He went to the doctor to let them know this incident and his doctor said the month he took that medication his blood sugar was really high and he could've had a diabetic coma. He also has a rash on his body and stomach pain. The worse part of all this, is that my dad's medication was probably given to the other person that was going in for their cancer medication!

This pharmacy does not deserve 1 star. They gave my dad the wrong medication. My dad went to get a refill for his diabetic medication and the pharmacist argued with him that he didn't need a refill because the last time he went in they had given a 90 day supply. He told them no that he only got a month supply so he needed more refill. It wasn't until then that they checked the empty bottle and noticed they gave him the wrong medication. The wrong medication they gave him was called bicalutamide which is a pill with hormone based chemotherapy to treat prostate cancer. So they put the label with his correct information on the wrong medication bottle. Their excuse was that the bottles of both medications look similar. That means they didn't triple check, which the medications names were not even similar they went based on looks. My dad could've had a heart attack or stroke off this medication which is really strong and can even cause pregnant women to miscarry just by touching it and or other really bad side effects. He has a rash all over his body, stomach and pelvic pain and he went in to his doctor and the whole month he took the wrong medication his blood sugar was really high. Pharmacists are not allowed to make mistakes because these are people's lives you're dealing with. On the other hand all of this also means the person that was supposed to get their cancer medication got my dad's diabetic medication for a 3 month supply. That person can also get seriously sick for not taking their medication it can even be fatal. This is not right!

Manager at Target CVS does not allow pharmacy cards like GoodRx. Gouging consumers is already the norm by big pharma and now dealing with petty managers that want the almighty dollar.

I went in on Monday to drop off a prescription. Was told it would be available the next day. Ok! Tuesday i get a call saying they are just placing the order and it wont be available till Thursday. Mind you, this is prescription for pain. It had been the 3rd CVS i went to since all the others were out of stock so i was tired of driving to different ones and said I would wait till Thursday. Today is Thursday and I call to check, and they put me on hold for 20+ min! I hung up and called back they answered and said it would be ready in an hour. The back and forth has been ridiculous. Customer service needs to improve dramatically.
