The best car shop here in Comptonđ Absolutely outstanding service!
Iâve brought my car to this shop several times, and every experience has been excellent. Diana the staff really cares and is a kind hearted person, she brings Joy and happiness even if the customer could be rude and disrespectful towards her, overall she treats the customer with respect even with her wild nieces, nephews, and kids are running aroundđThey take the time to explain whatâs going on with your vehicle and never try to upsell you on things you donât need.
The work is always done right the first time, pricing is fair, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is rare these days, and this shop is exactly that â reliable, friendly, and professional.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and people you can trust

If I can do zero stars I would⌠never coming back. THEY FOROGT TO TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS Paid 600 dollars for brake service they did the job they test drove the vehicle told me everything was ok BUT THEY FORGOT TO TIGHTEN MY BOLTS my wheel almost fell off!! I do not recommend this place be careful

Well, not really happy. One ? is just to be nice, but honestly everywhere is just money specially if you are female.
They makes mistakes but cars can't talk......but is our fault it happens again. They lose a customer ?

My first and last. I went in for an oil and transmission service. 10 days later, all of my oil spilled out of my car while driving. Thank God I had barely got out the freeway. I towed it to Frank the following day, and he told me that one of his mechanics didn't tighten the oil filter properly. So he re did the service and charged me 220 more for their mistake from the 280 I already paid for the service. Not fair at all, but i paid. Now oil went in my sensors and damaged my vehicle piece at a time, and my transmission is acting up, so I towed it back to his shop so he can diagnose my car. He was pretty upset because I told him what had happened. He didn't want to feel responsible, so he replied, "So what do you want me to fix" with an attitude. So I got upset, because I had told him if he can diagnose it before I got my car towed there before i got there, he said bring it. It was that attitude that i didn't appreciate. So i decided to take it to another shop, I didn't even let him touch it with his bad attitude, it was uncomfortable and very unprofessional. No sir, never again. It's a scam shop.Update: I just took it to another mechanic shop and was advised that the wrong transmission oil was added to my vehicle. Besides that, he informed me that he wasn't even suppose to change my transmission oil, if he knew anything about my vehicle, which messed up my valves and now they have to replace the valves and oil, not hundreds, but thousands of dollars of parts and labor. Thanks for nothing, Frank. I support local businesses in my city, but you are my biggest disappointment.I'm heartbroken, sad, and feel betrayed. I trusted you with my vehicle for a simple change and got screwed. R.i.p to my mini cooper, is too expensive to fix for someone else's mistake.
