I’ve been getting my taxes filed by Ri’n for a few years now and I’ve had such a welcoming experience! I love the atmosphere the conversations and the tax planning that I’ve received! Ri’n is one of the best hands down 10/10 I recommend!!

I’ve been coming to Ri’n at Gateway taxes for a few years now and I’m always satisfied, not one complaint about anything. Very welcoming every time. I appreciate the professionalism and all she needs a raise always does a great work for me.

LEMAR WARE was the family tax person so I been going to him for years . Initially I was suppose to receive a certain amount and when I actually got back the return it wasn't what he said so I told him I can pay when the state tax came. He proceeds to finally let me know that I might get audit for state taxes which left me at an inconvenience because I really was counting on the money this year. I had some personal situations which I expressed to him so we can work on a payment plan. I couldn't hold my end of the deal in a timely manner so he proceeds to hit up a family member of mines and say how he will use my information and make it to where I'll owe taxes which in my opinion is very UNPROFESSIONAL. We trust the "tax professional " to use our information on what we intend to use it for but yet over $300 (payed $100 when I could) yet he's willing to mess up my name and he have my daughter and I info so now I have to take precautions to ensure my information won't be used against my will! Just sad! Won't ever recommend anyone to get serviced with this individual!

If it was not for Ri’n at the compton location I would have never went back to Gateway tax service. Before I went to this location, I went to the one on Del Amo and the lady named betty said that the IRS wont accept my taxes because me and my wife was filing together and it does not look right, I left in rage feeling discouraged. I seen the compton location and I wanted to see if this location would say the same. Instead the person working named Ri’n was very nice and took care of me and my wife. Even apologized for how the other person at the DelAmo location acted. Ri’n made my experience great and because of her, I will continue to go to Gateway tax services but only to her because I know she does not discriminate against people and will make your experience smooth and fast. She needs a raise because if it was not for her, the company would have lost 2 customers. Thank you Ri’n for a great experience we will definitely see you again.
