“I recently purchased a patio set from Habitat for Humanity which I saw posted on their FB page. I immediately ran over, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Not only did they help me find a great deal on the set, but they also went above and beyond by assisting me in loading it into my car. They had some cute furniture pieces. Their customer service truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Habitat for Humanity for their excellent service and quality products.”

But, when my son and I visited this Lowe's yesterday we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly, courteous, and helpful the staff were. Place was clean and nigh immaculate.
Especially Brenda. Sensing my son and I were looking for something specific, she stopped pruning and walked over to us. And, really, we weren't even that close this was a good 20-30 yards away... anyway, she walked over to assist.
Sorry Home Depot, I won't be returning ... I'm a Lowe's guy now.”

They exchanged for me. At no cost, love the service and family who runs it is doing great business. Why run to Home Depot when Andy’s Hardware is around the corner. “I must say I am very pleased with the customer service in this store. I arrived to purchase a chest freezer and had a product description in hand of a freezer that was in stock, but not quite the size I needed.
The gentleman that helped me in the appliance section actually found me the perfect size chest freezer and the bonus was that it was actually much cheaper than the original freezer I had been looking at.
I am highly satisfied with my purchase as well as my experience within the store. I only wish I had caught the gentleman's name, so I could give him the credit he deserves.”
