They provide amazing support, helping customers with complex matters like estate accounts and stay with them until problems are resolved. The service makes customers feel cared for like family and that someone is on their side. Customers walk out feeling better than when they came in. Some express interest in business services and note that a non-secured credit card option for those with good credit would be a welcome addition. Overall, customers are excited and happy to be with the bank.
